The Foreshore Restaurant & Cafe reviews
70Lovely place staff friendly enjoyed it unfortunately $40 rack of lamb was destroyed overdone and in some greasy crumb? It sat on mush it sounded promising mushroom spinach tomato pumpkin pure it was stewed Dish idea good execution disastrous Coconut prawns nice scallops very nice better luck next time Sat 6th august
Love the setting, great place. The expansion with the deck is great. Somehow there's still not enough tables on the weekend though and they've had a "we are under staffed" sign up consistently so staff are not in the happiest state but they are doing what they can, thanks guys! Otherwise a lovely place to go, food and drinks are all delicious.
I cannot recommend this place enough. The service is incredible, the Asian girl was so polite and nice! I didnt get to ask for her name, but she is always smiling and helpful! The food is incredible quality, definitely give this place a shot if you havn't already!
I came here for the first time and the food was incredible! I will admit, it is a little pricey for its portion size, BUT the quality is incredibly worth it. I had the seafood plate and my partner had the bbq rib. The meat was so tender and fell off the bone. The seafood was cooked amazingly and the squid had such incredible flavour, it reminded me so much of Greece. The fruit frappes are so delicious and my ice chai was full of flavour. The icecream was great quality too. I will be coming back!
The food here is nice but how disgusting that they discriminate based on vaccine status, especially when they aren't required to do so from NT GOV. I'd like to know who died and made them the jab police. Can't recommend based on this
There is very large loud construction going on but you can't stop progress.
Food and service nice. Always very busy.
Below average food on the plate, not freshly made, no flavour on mushrooms and could not swap sausage and bacon for avocado. Location is great and staff are friendly however, no effort into menu or taste.
Awesome food and refreshing environment. Outdoor and indoor seating available,
Update: Regretted seating outside as a swarm of flies constantly approached our food.
Went on a early Saturday morning, the place was really busy which is always a good thing.
Food came out really quickly.
The breakfast was what you expected I only wish the serving size was 30% larger then the place would be amazing!
Location: Great
Vibe: Good
Chia Latte amazing!
I didn't rate the quality of food used or the quantity for what I paid. Great view but better value places around.
Rude staff in the front and back of house. Discriminate against people with medical conditions. Just nasty.
I went with my friend who can not wear a mask due to severe facial scarring. They have a medical exemption and had the exemption with them and the cafe made a huge fuss about my friend not wearing it despite him showing the letter from the doctor. Disgusting
I like the indoor /outdoor space, relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor space let's you spred out. Hole in the wall if you want to grab a coffee, quick service, friendly staff, nice meals.
Delicious brunch menu as well as their coffee. Atmosphere was splendid although it was weekends. Open ocean view at front, good outdoor seating if you preferred sunset view. Also, takeaways had dedicated window for that, if you’d prefer to.
Food was really good. Priced well and filling. However the entertainment/ singer was really loud inside and wasn’t nice to listen to while trying to talk and eat our dinner.
Best coffee in Nightcliff. Great location, good vibes and puppy dogs. The only thing is I got a banana bread and it tasted like meat so I assumed it was cooked on the same grill that meat is cooked on and it made me sick
The atmosphere is good with lovely sea views
The staff are friendly and they make great coffee and nice crunchy chips
Always a pleasant place to spend the afternoon with friends
Really nice cafe in the Darwin foreshore. And they welcome dogs! We had a great breakfast and nice coffee.
I bought 5 Acia Bowl Takeaway worth 85 dollars very disappointing not much inside less then halfway I have the picture off them
One of the best seafood platters I’ve ever had. Acai and drink also fantastic! You also get this amazing sunset! 5 out of 5!
