Hidden gem in Darwin! Great croissants and coffee, staff was welcoming and helpful! Great vibe - not the spot if you're looking to work & wifi, but definitely a place for enjoying time with friends over good coffee!

The coffee was good but not sure about the 25 minute wait
Yeah it was busyish but there was nobody on the coffee machine for just shy of 10 minutes
Being a short day, I can’t imagine it was because of staff being on break?
Staff are friendly and it’s a nice place but the wait brought the score down

It's a really nice place, with a good cold brew and also V60 coffee!
I really enjoyed the Renaissance decorations and the music, It gives a very good vibe to the place
Also the Baristas look very passionate about their job!

Every morning began with a coffee, juice & pastry from this gorgeous coffee shop. Different artwork on my latte every morning made my day. The staff were friendly and quick with our order. Well worth checking out.

Does a really nice cold drip coffee. The staff are knowledgeable about the beans and the flavour profile. They are currently using a Rawandan single origin bean with chocolate and smokey flavour tones. But I think they cycle through others over time too.

My go-to for coffee in Darwin! Not only the coffee is amazing but the staff will make your days better. I’m definitely going to miss Reed, Jacob and the rest of the team every morning. If you are looking for the best coffee in Darwin, do yourself a favour and pop in the 1995 for your dose of caffeine and a chat. You won’t regret it!

Went here with bub thinking it’ll be too hot but it was cool, breezy, & also cozy place to enjoy a good cuppa! Coffee was awesome & the pastries was divine! Ended up bringing home 2 packs of Padre ground coffee as well (they can ground it for you depending on what machine you have). Plus the owners are super friendly! Will definitely go back to stock up me coffee!

Honestly, 1995 pours Amazing speciality coffee, my favourite in Darwin by far. Loved the batch brew, v60, espresso and delicious coffee shake on a hot day!
Lovely staff, a beautiful setting that is perfect for watching the world go by. Not to mention it's located on an awesome laneway with great shops for exploring.

We also purchased some coffee beans that the staff ground for us to use at home with our aeropress - so delicious!

The cold brew is really good. Nice little hip cafe. Friendly owner and comfortable ambiance. Really enjoyed my time here. Great place to kill time and chill.

I had ice latte+oat milk + caramel = amazing. I am not a coffee person because of my stomach acid but the 1995 made me drink coffee without stomach pain after drank it. Thank you

We stumbled across this quirky and gorgeous little cafe hunting out a good coffee. We were not disappointed. Padre coffee and a lovely owner made this stop memorable.

One of the best places in Darwin for a coffee. The coffee is great, the actual cafe has a really cool vibe and the staff are so nice.

Up in Darwin for work and an ex-barista myself, always on the hunt for speciality coffee. Huge fan of Padre coffee, espresso and flat white are on point, the batch brews I had were super dialed in! Very Melbourne vibe, it's a big recommendation from me.
