A one stop shop for high speed connectivity and business applications. They helped with low cost cloud phones and Microsoft subscriptions with email security.

I have contacted them a number of times and they have the worst customer support.

I would give them a 0.

People keep asking where is Telstra in Darwin?
Simple answer, hiding under a rock just down the road from Winellie Pub. If you are asked this by your parents you really need re educate them quickly. Your inheritance may be tied up in their rapidly falling shares. Act for them now & for yourselves later.

Business centre? I would rate it less than 1 out of 10 for customer service. Nothing against Telstra and their service but the customer service here is all about their business and not the client I lost a phone on a Wednesday and contacted Telsta business on their 1300 number. They were very helpful and redirected my calls to my partners number and told me they could send me a replacement phone within 3 days at a cost of $119. I thought I'd organize one quicker through the local business centre as I rely heavily on it for my fishing charter business. I could not get in as I am flat stuck busy with work. Sent my partner I to organize and she was told they would have one the next day being a Friday at this stage. All they did was do a McDonald's with it and sell all their accessories. When I talked to them to organize collection of the phone I asked them to set it up and redirect the phone calls back to my number. Was told it would cost an extra $30 to set the phone up. Told them not to worry I would do myself. They charged $190 for the phone $100 of accessories and when I got home Friday evening and my partner had collected the phone telling them she didn't want the accessories they said they would have to redo the whole plan and didn't have the time on Friday to do so. Then they didn't supply a replacement sim hence Friday evening the phone is no good to me and the business centre is closed for the weekend. My partner went in to the local Telstra shop the next day and got very friendly customer service where they set the phone up with the sim and got me back on line with no charge. I will not cross their paths again. They are obviously busy as they are the only business centre in Darwin but not for long if someone else is allowed to open with better customer service which won't be hard.
