Skippers at Dundee

A relaxing and comfortable visit. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Views of the water on the big open deck added to the atmosphere. Will be back one day!

We had a fantastic stay at Skippers. Location is perfect and the facilities are great! Kitchen is well equipped, rooms are comfy for what they are and it’s a fabulous property for large groups. Will be making a stay at Skippers an annual event!

We booked 2 nights with our friends & their son visiting from Qld.
On arrival, Susie the Caretaker, a lovely bubbly local lady, checked us in to this unique & stunning accommodation.
We were in awe of the unique layout & the amazing ocean views from the deck.
We had 2 x Queen Rooms which had windows with ocean views.
The large kitchen was extremely well stocked with plenty of space for food prep etc
The pool was small but elevated with decking allowing wonderful ocean views.
We were able to enjoy backyard games such as Finska & Golf games in the expansive lawn area.

Husbands dream to visit Dundee Beach - it didn’t disappoint. We found Skippers accommodation on Airbnb. The hosts with the most - Cath and Ben were amazing and informative in regards to the area and dream behind Skippers. Very welcoming and warm. Communication was easy and we sat watching what I would I describe as the one of the most beautiful sunset s I have ever seen. Wild life was abundant and the stars after dark- incredible! The place is spotless and the room we slept in - the bed was very comfortable. The outside deck area is stunning and I could have sat there for days on end soaking it all up. Such a quick stay - but will be back. Can highly recommend a visit to Skippers to experience a unique area of the NT. Thanks heaps for a great time

One of the best trips i have ever been on. Fishing the Finniss river, exploring Tipperary station and visiting Litchfield national park.highlight after highlight. Cant rate this highly enough and a must do for anyone going to the NT. Thank you so much Ben and team. I will be back.

Super direct beach front location, great open common areas, access to kitchens and plunge pool. The rooms are compact and could do with some added amenities. Kitchen equipment is limited.

We spent 3 nights at Skippers at Dundee. Good accommodation and facilities and the view is great with great sunsets over the Timor Sea. Friendly and very helpful staff. Walking distance to Dundee beach and the pub.

Huge thanks to Ben, Maddie and the team for such a fantastic week at the Top End! This trip would only have been so successful with meticulous planning, preparation, resources and a massive, consistent effort by Ben to ensure everything we needed was always ready to go.

Our crew had a ball, if you are looking for a unique experience for some quality fishing, tours, and to get to the legendary Tipperary Cattle Station (believe me, you've not seen anything like it!), look no further - this is the one.

Ben and the team at skippers are simply the best. The ultimate Ecco Tour experience. The resort is unique in location and designed for comfort and true relaxation. The team put on a genuine Ecco immersion with great fishing, wildlife and wilderness experiences. The accommodation is comfortable and relaxed with awesome views and unique sunsets each night. The Tipperary station add on is well worth the trip for the ultimate outback station experience. I’ll be back.

A fantastic trip in a sensational part of the world, our hosts could not have done more to offer a package that provided an unbelievable look at the NT in these parts. Realistic, cost effective and memories forever.

I stayed in late March to go fishing, heard it was the best place to go and that was right! Madison at Skippers was extremely helpful in assisting me to organise a fishing charter. A very relaxing stay within a couple of minutes walking distance to the local pub. I would thoroughly recommend.

Had no complaints about anything until one night when someone went into our room while we were not there and we were not notified beforehand. There was some sort of power problem & the circuit breaker board was located in our room. So whoever had a key to our room went in there & to reset the switch. Not very good if your privacy can not be guaranteed.

A hidden Gem. Absolute beautiful, rooms were lovely, ensuite very clean. Loved relaxing in the pool and on the verandah watching the sunset/storms out on the horizon. Amazing kitchen facilities. Would highly recommend and I will be staying again.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Dundee and recently Skippers for many years, and there's no doubt that Skippers just keeps on getting better and better.
It's not just that it provides the best facilities to relax and unwind directly on the shoreline, looking out across the lawn to the Ocean, but the great people who own and run this fantastic NT business. Owie as always is a wonderful host, who cannot do enough to please, and there's the flexible opportunities to visit other local NT gems in Lichfield, Tipperary Station, and some of the best fishing hot spots in the area to make your trip just what you want.
And the fishing? Hang On tight - it goes off!

Friendly staff and a beautiful view of the ocean. Large socialising area, pool, washing machine, clean rooms with ensuite. What more could you want!

Just spent 5 nights at skippers with my brother and two mates on a fishing trip, the place is set up well for fishing groups with single air conditioned rooms but also caters for couples & families with double rooms, the commercial kitchen with plenty of fridge & freezer space is excellent, huge air conditioned lounge room/ tea room is good for just chilling out, we spent most of the time on the large deck area taking in the view & cooling off in the pool, our host Owie Paroz was so good he couldnt do enough for us including a singalong one night with his guitar (the bloke can sing) we totally enjoyed ourselves, thanks again Owie
