10An amazing gallery - and one of the few in Darwin that are ethically run! If you’re wanting to buy indigenous art, specifically from female artists, then this is the gallery for you! 10/10 would recommend!
Second time we have visited here.
Didn't intend to buy anything but we did purchase a painting.
The lady serving was wonderful.
Such a friendly, welcoming experience. We got to see art being made and the artist was kind enough to explain the stories behind the works. Well worth a visit. Prices are very reasonable.
Visiting from Melbourne I looked up opening times, apparently 10am is the opening time. I was there at 10.50. As I was walking in I was abruptly told "I AM SETTING UP" The tone and abruptness was extremely disappointing. Will not be back or follow your posts in the future
I ordered a Louise Numina Napananka painting, Bush Melons, Bush Tucker, through the website, often a risk, however, it certainly paid off for me. The painting is stunning, the colours are captivating. I could not be happier!
This was disappointing work.lovely colours but appears very rushed! I have edited my comment. I have not mentioned the artists name out of respect (the name you mentioned below was NOT the artist). This a a pure 'quality issue' and nothing to do with their brush style (e.g. A LOT of paint runs between dots - see photos). I won't be taking money out of the artists pocket with a refund but thanks for the offer. The painting is out for repair. The Gallery is responsible for the quality of art that leaves it.
Great art space, with great art works. The artists can do commission pieces to suit your budget!

What a lovely gallery! The artwork is varied and beautiful, and we were able to buy paintings for ourselves and the fam! Thanks and hopefully we can get back to Darwin and visit again sometime. Cheers!
