Serpentine Gorge reviews
9It is a small walk but however still a little hike to see the gorge. It’s only a semi proper track part way and then it’s up to you to follow the bush path to the gorge. Definitely wear good shoes as you’ll be walking on loose river stones.
Nice Gorge but a little underwhelming in comparison to some of the other gorges in the park
A wonderful experience walking to this amazing spot. Well worth the effort of walking the 1.1 klms. Not a hard walk although a little rocky when crossing the riverbeds. A must do when in Alice
Very little water but after some rain it would be very scenic. That being said if it wasn’t between Ormiston and Ellery then it’d get higher reviews probably.
Amazingly beautiful scernery. A short easy walk to the water. Good look out too, bit more tricky to access but worth the view
Not as spectacular as the chasm and the gap nearby but still worth it as a stop to visit if you are doing the sights of the area by car. Short easy return walk with the option of a more demanding climb to the lookout above which we didn't do.
Breathtakingly stunning place to visit & relax at for a bit, the rock formations & colours are incredible to look at
It was 50 minuets returns for us having enough time for taking the photos. Don’t miss out this spot!
Water level was very low, really not worth the walk, especially with so many other lovely gorges.
