This company will damage your car without taking any responsibility. I really regret that I choose their service. If you want your car to be intact after transit, please just DON'T choose this company.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would, delivered my car with a smashed back window then claimed no responsibility. Absolute trash company.

I had previously moved my car from Darwin to Melbourne with CEVA. The service was affordable, timely, pleasant and they delivered my car in immaculate condition. Unfortunately Prixcar were unable to fulfill any of these requirements.

My car was delivered in horrible condition, the front light protectors had been physically ripped off and only broken fragments remained. No explanation was given. There were multiple chips and scratches across the body of the vehicle. The outside and inner lining of the car was covered in dirt and mud. When I raised these concerns with PrixCar they refused to accept any responsibility and treated me as if i was being unreasonable. They had no care for my property and worst of all had no interest my concerns.

Great company. Has an app where you can track your car via website and or text message. Took just over a week to get the car Canberra to Darwin. Lady on the phone was happy to wait so I can have the car before the long Easter break. Thanks for waiting.

Wendy is one of the rudest humans I have ever met.her phone manner is appalling and doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer service. As someone in the automotive industry, I use transport companies all the time, Prixcar (wendy) is by far the worst. Please don't use these clowns. CEVA is a much better car transporter.

Transported my Toyota Camry from Melbourne to Darwin and the car arrived in excellent condition. All good! Happy with the arrangements!

Deserves a 0 star rating. Absolute trash service that delays your transfer for weeks after the due date. Avoid at all costs.

Was given multiple different dates that my car would arrive and it didn’t on any of the dates, was given no updates unless I called and still waiting on my car to arrive.

If I could I would give this company a 0 star rating, first they lock my keys in the car and say I have to pay to get them out, and when I pick up the car they have total broken the key in half and stickytaped it together thinking everything would be fine.

I had an amazing experience moving my car from Brisbane to Darwin! The team was very helpful and attentive to my queries and I was able to track my car through their tracking system as it travelled to the NT.

The ladies at the Berrimah office were so lovely, ensuring that the key handover was quick and smooth!

I was worried when I saw the condition report during transit as it said my car was in "fair condition" but alas I had nothing to worry about. Darwin branch were fantastic and let me collect direct from them rather than the hassle of delivery to my unit complex. Thanks guys

So i asked them to pickup my car from salisbury south australia on 2/10/20 and delivery date given to me was 20/10/20 when i called their darwin branch on 21/10/20 why was the car not here they said there was a problem from adelaide branch and didnot even appologised. On 22/10/20 got a call from darwin branch and said that they cant pick the car because its not drivable which is not the case. Now today got a call that we would deduct $120 from the money you paid because the car was not drivable and no sign of appolgy that there was a delay rather giving lame execuses.
Really so disappointed by their service. #never used them #not professional

Pick my car with a lot of damage. I have to pay 1500 dollars to fix it. What a shame. Biggest scammer ever.

Fantastic service.

A brand new Nissan Navara travelled on last weeks service between Perth and Darwin.
Arrived on time, with this trust worthy company.

A special mention goes to Darwin Depot Manager Liz who went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure the car arrived here due to delays with the original operator we had booked.
Liz provided sensational levels of support to ensure she and her team could resolve a problem that had nothing to do with Prixcar.

Very disappointed by the service provided. Extensive damage to my car, poor communication, inefficient and unprofessional behaviour by staff, limited efforts in rectifying damages and inconvenience.

Not recommended at all. I got the quotation to deliver it by 26 days. It’s almost one month But still not delivered the car.
