Very helpful staff, good clean spacious room and excellent cooked breakfast offered. Lovely cool pool to dip in.thank you for the stop over.

Good clean rooms but stunk of an overbearing air freshener, tea and coffee making supplies but NO MILK even though a fridge in the room?

There is not enough parking in the complex for the number of rooms so if you want secure parking you may have to park on the street and risk loss of items from tradies utes etc, bit of a risk in Katherine!

The complex was very noisy the night I stayed till at least 9.30 with kids running amok in the pool right outside the room so if you need an early night forget it.

Nice motel in Katherine. Short walk from the shopping centre. Secure gated parking. Friendly efficient staff.

Room was large and cool, with AC, fridge, toiletries, towels and a kettle.

Pool looks to be recent developed and is a great addition. Good gas bbq with tools and cleaning equipment is on hand for guests use. They could further improve the pool area with hedging around it, so that you're less aware of being in the middle of a car park. Make it like a little oasis.

Slept well, good value for money, would recommend if looking for a place to stay in the area.

The host was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Car parking was ridiculous. Didn't go out for dinner as we would loose our park and possibly have to park outside the locked gate. They are renovating the pool area which Didn't help. But parks are very very narrow as well.

I arrived from NZ at the start of the Covid scare & I came down with the most dreadful Flu.
I was cleared of Covid but remained isolated until the test was complete & before I could return to my work place.
The staff were very caring during my time.
They checked on me in my most miserable time & I remained comfortable until I recovered

Disappointed, the photos post in its AD is a bit exaggerated. It is NOT that beautiful. Free Wifi is weak and keeps dropping. To sum all, the price the Motel asks for does NOT match the services it could offer.

Actually quite nice rooms and a delightful pool. Ignore the look outside the property. The breakfast room is tidy, clean and pleasant and the rooms are comfortable and very spacious for a motel. Free WIFI is fast. Pauline at reception is friendly and pleasant and happy to provides tips on what to do in town. One thing I'm happy with is the bar fridge in the room. You can actually fit stuff in it! It's not full of overpriced grog or a half-size cooler that can't hold a bottle of water. It's a good size and is cold. Yes, the bar fridge is actually COLD unlike hotels that turn the fridges to 10 degrees to save on their power bill. A good property worth a stay at when you're in Katherine

The inside of this place looks way better than the outside. We stayed here for two nights and every time we got out of the car or into the car the surrounding area smelled like marijuana. The inside of the room was rustic and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated but not bad. The beds were comfortable but the blanket did not provide any warmth. The hotel has a 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi, the 2.4 GHz is slow but usable anywhere in the room. The 5 GHz faster wifi which is good for video streaming only worked by the door of our room. The breakfast was basic with sausage, egg, hash browns, bacon, and cereal. Overall this is a nice hotel.

Not a bad place for a stop over, especially if you have been on the road for a couple of days. Very basic accommodation

As we checked in, an indigenous customer was told that she couldn't drink in the hotel. This rule was not applied to anyone else.

Well priced, clean room with comfortable beds. Older rooms but they have been upkept well. Nice pool area but it is on view from the street. Family room has a good sized fridge - but only has a kettle, no other utensils or toaster etc in the room - can utilize toaster/microwave/BBQ at the pool area. Car park has a security gate but not enough room for everyone, so you might score street parking. I was a bit disappointed that the reception/dining shut at 7pm.

Depends on the room you stay in. We stayed in room one and it was good. We also stayed in room sixteen and it was below average.

Average stay, a few insects in the room, heater was not working, but overall service and location is decent.

As expected for the price, reasonable and tidy. Made me feel very welcome at check in, would recommend.

Neat and tidy room that is simple but sufficient. Motel is away from traffic noise. Breakfast is a good spread and it has a well maintained pool.

The Pine Tree Motel is an excellent stop in Katherine. We stayed there twice, the second time altering our travel plans to do so.
The accommodation, although is little dated now, is very clean and comfortable and the service from the staff is second to none!
Breakfast was included in our room and it was the best we have had on this trip - plenty to eat and great quality hot breakfast.
Only one thing left to say -
Highly recommended!

Many thanks to Chris and his team for looking after my guys recently. Close to town and awesome fresh breakfast daily. Good value.
