Paravista Motel

Very friendly, clean and quiet place with super friendly staff. Need a bit tlc here and there, but the bed was superbe, large room, nice internet television, good internet, ampel closet space, great shower in the nice neighborhood of Parab. We didn't use the swimming pool, a lot of others did, it looked clean, nice and cozy. Price quality a great option.

A great motel in a quiet area and helpful owners/managers/staff. Room was spacious and clean.
A bit of a walk into the city, but can always get a taxi or bus if not up for the walk.

Probably one of DARWINS hidden gems. Clean, organised, friendly, hop step n jump from city. Good value.

We really appreciated the week stay, the property maybe a little older but it makes up for that in so many ways, was clean and tidy, it's Great Location close to city, Parap and FannieBay shop's, the staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly and great customer service. We had the three person room, as there was three of us that stayed and it had everything we needed and the air conditioner was nice and cold and the bed was cosy. They have a laundry and kitchen onsite and that helps. There's a pool and BBQ area also. Was a great stay, will recommend to family and friend's. It's a great place to stay.

This quiet little motel is set in gorgeous lush gardens and is a 10 minute drive from the Darwin foreshore. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is off-street parking and a pool area with barbecue. Great value!

Outstanding service, VERY clean, good location, great large bed. I asked if I could have a microwave, but, there were none left, do, what did Christie say" I'll go buy one" the next day it was in my room.

Dirty things like someone’s hair and food craps etc was on the bed. So we told them in the next morning and then they just said nothing we can do and never apologized.
They came to check our bed and said they washed and first thing we needed to do is to check bed and to tell them earlier (evening) but when we noticed it was so dirty they already had gone. There was no one at reception.
And eventually they said they don’t care just get out of hotel to us.
We felt so bad and we felt what if we were western people? Even if they are not racist.

But shower was good so I gave one star to them.

The motel is in a good location. However the services and room that I had in the motel was not that good.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Paravista Motel! The owner was super friendly and very helpful, went out and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Very peaceful place, walking distance to the local pub, bakery’s, and the beach front!
The managers were always up for a chat and helpful in pointing us in the right direction for attractions and any extras needed for our room.
The family friendly pool and BBQ facilities are a great addition to soak up the sun and live the Aussie dream!
Great experience to top off my first time visiting Darwin, can’t recommend this great priced accommodation anymore.

Good basic stay for 1x night. Smallish room. No kitchenette. Pool was nice and cool. Quiet location but not too far from Darwin cbd and shopping centres. Would stay again. Hosts were nice.

Good shower and bed. Older style needs updating. Stairs no lift. Free parking, air con, foxtell.

Motel owner and staff were kind, always up for a chat and provided great service.
The motel is in the perfect place where everything you need is waking distance away or a 5 minute drive to Darwin CBD.
Would definitely recommend this place.

After having to make a last minute trip to Darwin, we stayed at the Paravista motel for 4 nights. The rooms were okay, facilities a bit run down although work was being done while we were there to improve the overall quality of the motel. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service from Garth and Shane. They both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Affordable nice motel with a pool and plenty of parking space. Kitchen and laundry very rundown. Room is nice. Semi quiet AC and own balcony. Wifi doable but not the best. 3km from city

If you want peace and quiet and just to enjoy your own moment with great comfortable rooms and be very laid back I think you cannot go wrong for the price and the management are very polite and flexible and it’s a 5 minute walk to parap hotel which has an amazing menu that’s worth looking into (ENJOY I HAVE)

We stayed at Paravista in June for a week. We had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend it. Definitely would stay again

They have a community kitchen, pool, BBQ and free parking close to bus station if you want to leave the car there will heading to town
