I rate this place 6/5! Recommend porterhouse 350 gram with pepper sauce medium cooked. Absolute banger! Btw props to the waitresses

45minute wait on a Friday night was reasonable given the number of other meals that came out during that time, however, we were given the incorrect meal (Palin schnitzel instead of meat lovers parma). Meal was cold when it was served again 15mins later and wasn't at all enjoyable.
It is worth noting that the "mini" parma/schnitzel is a tenderloin, as pictured.
The added wait gave plenty of time to look around and observe how disgustingly dirty the ceiling is. The light covers are full of dead insects. The indoor plants, located right next to tables, are covered in dust.
Most staff where friendly and service was otherwise ok, however, one lady was a little blunt when showing us to the table.

A couple of the girls are great and friendly
And a couple tayla in particular are rude and very unpleasant to be around
I seen the raffle drawn there a number of Friday night were she put winning ticket holders in her pocket and when asked about it she replied there not here or they dont deserve it
The people i was with were drawn twice and she said you had your go its time for someone else
When questioned she walked of and anthet staff member had to mediate
Saying this is a regular thing and we will compensate with a voucher
Why employe such rudr staff when personality gets people through the door

The gaming room was unruly and foul language aplenty.

$21 for a $2 woolworths processed schnitzel. Not good value. Very disappointed as online showed real schnitzel. Do ya self a favor and skip this for food or have a drink and eat elsewhere.

Lovely early meal with kids for NYE 2019/20! Timely service with kids’ meals with adult entrées. Friendly, pleasant staff. Thank you for a good evening.

Food here was fantastic. Great quality chicken schnitzel. Chips were good but the gravy was the best part. If you love schnitzels like me you'll be glad to come here. Huge range of schnitties to choose from. Sports bar can get loud but has a good overall atmosphere. Family friendly venue with events held almost every day.

Had lunch with my daughter and it was fantastic, staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great!

Bar service is friendly and accommodating.
Being adressd as "sweety" when ordering leaves a lot to desired and to some could feel a little condescending and inappropriate.
Food looks good, but after raising a query about the wrong steak being delivered, (a miscommunication during ordering), eating some of it before realising the mistake, bringing it to the attention of the staff, and asking for the right order followed by a bit of too and fro-ing to find a resolution, the attitude of the kitchen is truly the downfall.
Despite a willingness to pay the difference in price between a porterhouse steak and an eye fillet, the kitchen apparently takes 30-40 minutes to cook said steak, on a seemingly quiet night.
Lesson learned.
Never query.

Good food at reasonable prices. There is a BWS Drive Thru liquor service also available at the rear.

Two stars taken off due to filthy fans. Food fantastic. Haven't been cleaned over how many years.

A casual comfortable feel to the Bistro. A good place for friends to meet over a pleasant meal.

After hrs not much room there is a bar and there is pokies and just a sitting area outsode for smokers, what if your not a gaming person and you don't smoke where do you sit and have a good drink?

Seven of us, mostly hungry whinging teens, the waitress Victoria came over to us and reassured us the dinner will be tabled soon. She was delightful, friendly and caring. The food was especially good, I can recommend this establishment to anyone. As we walked out 3 of the teens yelled out "Thanks Victoria". Thanks Palmerston Tavern

Great meal deals on most nights. $5 steak and chips on Tuesdays is a winner. Not the biggest feed but one of the best steaks I've had for a while and their chips are excellent!
