Paying customer of post office box.
Always making difficult for collection. Had to contact Australia Post Director on several occasions. Now instead of leaving parcels in collection lockers will make me join the queue for collection when I'm already paying for a service the manager seems to not want to allocate me a locker. Needs an investigation with regards to this manager.

Usual business hours (staffed) collection times:
Mon - Fri 7.30-6.00
Sat 9.00-12.30
Sun Closed

I thought my issue would be put into the too hard basket but the lovely lady was able to solve it for me. Great service.

Nothing tricky about our post box! Big number on the front, easy access! But for some reason your deliveryman cannot distinguish between 5 and 6!
Lucky we are on good terms with our neighbours! Come on guys, a ten year old can count from 1 to ten! What's your excuse?

Service is good, surrounding area where you line up is a bit ordinary, could be made better, perhaps with bench seating

Front counter staff are always friendly & helpful. Very handy being open at 7.30am so I can grab my mail on the way to work.

Thank you for early morning deliveries before I rush off to work: much appreciated. The pick up service is also excellent.

I'd rather run over my foot than miss a parcel delivery and have to pick it up from here.

The window staff are that rude, if you can't smile and be polite, get the hell out of customer service jobs.

Big thanks to the amazing bloke who helped me get my parcel early today after missing the courier. It was my passport from Sydney. You went out if Your way to help me out and I appreciate it. Bas.

Very helpful and efficient. Have never had any problems here which could not be solved in a short time.
