Nightcliff Licensed Post Office

This post office has changed ownership, since then it has slowly dropped below the standard of how a post office should operate.
Then to add to the post office dropping below standards, they have closed the parcel lockers at Woolworths and now when the parcels are Re-diverted to the post office, no notifications are sent to the receiver. All of a sudden your parcel is being returned without you knowing.

Very Poor service from Australia Post. When I was doing my parcel they didn't tell me that normal parcel you won't track and after that now I am having problems with my parcel and it's very important documents. I called Australia Post so they didn't give me response they just escaping from their side. Very disappointed with the service of Australia Post and never ever recommend this.

Inconvenience and rude staff.

Only open 9am-5pm weekdays. I have to take time off work to collect my parcel.

I brought my exp drivers licence, while waiting for the current one to arrive (renewed online). They insist to have current valid ID and wouldn’t give me my parcel. What a joke!
Will definitely differ my postal address so that I don’t have to deal with them again.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Condescending attitude towards CALD people, specifically with First Nations, Aboriginal people.

Charge extra for same services in other LPO’s.

Good helpful service and generally short queues. When I needed to set up a mail redirect they talked me through the process.

Came to collect my parcel on Wed (30/12) and was served by a young man. He was so rude and looks like he didn't want to do his job. The ID card was returned in a very inapproriate way; throw it in front of me.

Very disappointing service. Giving wrong promises to the customers. They rip off customers badly. I won’t recommend anyone to go to Nightcliff Post.

My recommendation is to treat customers how they deserved. No willing to help or provide information. The person who has served me looks like she did want to do her job. Never coming again

Racists /gossipers/stalkers /service deniers /more expensive than others /offers on receipts are scams! Entirely inadequate!

My husband and I have always had excellent customer service at the Post Office. The staff are responsive and professional, a pleasure to deal with.

Exceptional gear on offer, versatile and great use of space! Not to mention the excellent customer service.

This is my local post office I have been going to for years. They have everything that I need and stuff that you would not think they would sell, they do sell! The staff are amazing and friendly. I guarantee you, if you become a regular they will know your name too! Thanks for sorting out my deliveries over the years and going above and beyond.
