The Midland CVN Park is in the outback town of Elliott NT. The showers are really good and the owners pleasant. The park also sells petrol some groceries, ice creams drinks etc. No hot food or coffee. The locals are friendly and very helpful as I found out first hand when I had a fire in my motorhome. I would have been in trouble without the help I got. My advice is don't listen to negative gossip about outback towns and go find out for yourself.

Very quiet, almost looked closed but it wasn't. Just a few of us staying there but it was perfectly comfortable. Big toilet and shower block, very clean with good hot showers. Laundry facility. A few friendly pets roaming around and the peacocks which you seem to find everywhere in NT caravan sites. The attached store has a good range of items but very expensive like in all these remote towns.

Not a bad park for a stop. Nice NT country setting. Toilets clean tidy with liquid soap. The swimming pool was clean such a welcome relief. Beautiful peacocks

The place to stay when you have no where else to go, and no other options. If you have to experience it yourself, you certainly won't forget it.
Who knew that an overnight rate is different to a day rate, cause you're going to be there during the day it'll cost you an extra $10. Cost for what you get is.unreasonable but if there's no choice then it's $40 overnight or $50 a day if you're having to stay a couple of days or more, that's for a powered site.
Shop is very expensive but to be expected considering where you are.

For an off the main road caravan park it is very popular. Live entertainment tonight. A la carte menu, powered sites with water, and it goes on.

Stopped with the intention to camp for a night but quickly turned around and kept driving North. It feels like the set of a horror movie!

Sadly. The Drought conditions take away most of the beauty. I'm sure in its glory it is a beaut place.

Was really nice place to spend our night here, we are couple heading back to Darwin from Uluru, we seen this place and decide to stop here.
After asking the caravan price, we really surprised, was so cheap. (really good price).
And the amazing thing is, there are many peacock in this park, really adorable bird.
Also, toilet is very clean.

Our caravan (room) was small but comfy bed and tidy.

Recommend this caravan park for everyone who heading to Uluru or backing.

Thank you.

Clean toilet and shower, wide range of products in the shop, petrol station, everything you need (plus peacocks). Recommended!

Very basic caravan park and not worth the $40 per night powered site for 2 people.
There is a car body in the park, broken down buildings and a truck and rubbish near the back of the park.
There were some locals running through the park around midnight and entered one caravan that had been left unlocked when the gentlemen went to bed.
I would never stay there again!

The caravan park is expensive at $40 per night for a dirt patch. Does have power & water. The park needs a BIG clean up!
Broken down machinery, old tyres, boat.
However, toilet & showers clean & recently painted.

Before you get here remember where you are, the middle of oz. Expect a tree frog, great the lyre birds, pat a dog.kick back forget about everything.price is in everybody's budget, and you get a pool with water not icey.the store has all you need even a P. Office.all I can say is I enjoyed the break n plan on staying 3-4weeks it's great.

Worst park I've ever stayed in & a rip off at $40 per night. Untidy & dirty park with rubbish lying around and overflowing bins. Stray dogs in park looking for food. Be better off free camping. 1 star is being generous.

I’m not happy with the facilities. Crowing rooster at 05: 35 the female bathroom facilities leave a lot to be desired, the tiles in the showers abound with soap scum - very visible and need to be scrubbed. Trip hazards everywhere- very few bins

What you could expect in the outback. Quiet caravan park with a few shady spots. Amenities are tired but ok. Loved all the peacocks and frogs!

Elliott is a nice town and Midland caravan park is a quite place to stop at. The park is what you expect out in the outback. It's a clean park.
