Kulgera Hotel

Stayed one night.good hotel to stop at. Didn't eat but meals looked OK. Hints if staying.powdered sites.small.lots of drive through. Noisy in the morning with everyone leaving. Close to amenities.which are basic. Non powered.plenty of space. Quiet. Walk to amenities (not that far!) Away from generators. Water available.

The amenities were working but run down, the pool was very poorly taken care of but at least there is a pool of you are there in the heat. Only a few sites with water hookup. The hotel was quirky but expensive, however there is nothing for kms so understandable.

I had a pleasant overnight stay at the Kulgera Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was a little dated but neat and tidy. I had dinner at the adjoining Pub and enjoyed my meal.

Camped in a tent for the night. They were having trouble with their water system so there were no hot showers, some toilets wouldn't flush and no water to wash hands in the pub bathroom. Lots of mice running through the camp ground and around our tent all night. I saw one sitting on my shoe at one stage and they nibbled our picnic blanket during the night. On a positive the pub food wasn't bad. There's also a petrol station at the camp site.

Great place to fill ya car/truck and have a nice cold beverage as well with the hospitality of the friendly staff

I love the pub at Kulgra.the food is great.service friendly.the accomodation could use an upgrade though!

Cheap for a powered site, amenities alright, pool was so horrible. The lady who booked us in was pleasant. Went for a beer/meal but the guy behind the bar was abrupt and unwelcoming.wont stop there again. Nice place about 75km north

What a joke. $2 ltre for fuel and half an hour wait. The guy at the till is hopeless, rude and totally unorganized.
