Kookaburra Air Darwin

I booked crab claw island flight with this company through NT vouchers. The flight was cancelled a week prior to the actual date. I lost the NT voucher as the scheme had ended by then. They rang and said the airstrip could not be used. They should have known this a lot earlier and letting us know a week in advance was poor customer care and we could not use our voucher. There was no apology for the cancellation. I had to spend a lot of time getting my refund back through NT tourism as they couldn't refund me. After a few weeks I get a call from them asking if I could check if they had refunded my amount to my card. They would have known it pretty well that they had asked me to approach NT tourism for refund. They appear quite disorganised and chaotic.

Great flight and service. Pilot Srivanth was really knowledgeable about all the different locations. Would recommend!
