Can't speak to the other kinds of accommodation on offer but we stayed in a camp-site for a brief sojourn between Uluru and Alice and we loved it here. The super friendly staff were lovely and helpful, the food was great (especially considering how remote and independent this operation is), and capping off our day with a sunset on the hill was special. Staying here was a great balm after the hubbub of Ayers Rock Resort campground. A beautiful place to gaze at stars and hear the distant howls of dingoes.

Good for one night. The showers were filthy with large gaps in the doors, toilets had no toilet paper, red dirt absolutely everywhere in the ablution block. Campsites were of reasonable size, kids playground looked like a lot of fun. They have a beautiful view, however facilities need a lot of work in my opinion, just looked run down. I wouldn't stay here again.

Toilet facilities not maintained and cleaned regularly. Pool was green. Disorganised sit with poor reception skills. Internet was good and spacious sites when you could find them!

I camped here last night. The site they allocated me was fine although right next to a camper van despite me requesting something private. The generator by the main building was running all night keeping me awake. The showers and toilet were ok but not as good as other sites I have stayed at across the red centre. So I’m summary it’s ok but could be much better.

We were very well received, the team really took care of us and ensured that we had the best stay possible. We are really away from everything and we enjoy an incredible setting, we really recommend spending a night or two there to visit the canyon.
The only downside: the noise of the generators at night, but we are still happy to have electricity.

I stopped for a toilet break and found a wonderful Cafe and restaurant! Great coffee and cake. Great food. Fabulous service.

We stayed at the campground for 3 nights. It is a lovely campground with sites that are not on top of each other, fire pits, peaceful and a nice outlook.
The Amenities block near us wasn’t the cleanest, however I spoke yo a lovely manager who acted on this immediately and allowed the housekeeping staff extra time to get the job done. We were there to do the walks at King’s Canyon half an hour up the road so it was a perfect location for that.

We booked one night in bush tents and added a second almost as soon as we arrived. We were cautious we wouldn’t find the beds or rooms comfy from the limited pics online. No need for any concerns, good aircon and surprisingly comfy beds. Such a great laid back feel to this place. We missed 7am included breakfast on first morning as we wanted to get out on Canyon rim walk early, we thought we would just grab something at resort up the road closer to the start but only gas station coffee there. I’d advise stay for the breakfast and aim to walk from 8am, in current weather this was fine. Brekkie on second morning was great!
Bring your water supplies as it’s about $7 a bottle here, but wine and food prices were reasonable considering the location. We would come back!

Did a lunch stop on the way to Kings Canyon with a bus full of guests who I was taking around Australia as their tour guide. Everybody seemed to be quite happy with their luch orders and I was more than happy to have ordered the famous Camel Burger with the lot. It was served well presented with a steak knife driven through its center to stabilise the tower of goodness. Very tasty and filled me right up! I can strongly recommend this burger if you're hungry, or share it with your partner. There's plenty!

Looking forward to bring the next load of guests.

Mud and mosquitoes. I’d like to start with a positive, and that’s the friendly staff, good food and beautiful rooms…and that’s where it ends and that’s why it got 3 starts. Understandably it’s the wet season, but driving through mud and water to reach our rooms that was reaching the bottom of our car doors was horrible. If you had a small car you wouldn’t have safely made it to your room. We stayed in the Mort Conway Camp which was situated 2.5kms down the road. There was no sign to turn and there was a small traffic cone indicating the location of the entrance. Easily missed. But luckily we had a mid size vehicle and got through the water and mud, which then left us slipping and sliding through the mud with all our bags. To make things worse it was raining and there was no covered walk ways from the car park to your room, so you were soaked and muddy and had no option but to walk it through your clean room. Once you got settled in and unpacked and washed all the mud off, you then notice the swarms of mosquitoes waiting to ruin the rest of your stay until you pack your car the next morning and leave. I do not recommend this place in the wet unless you have no other option.

A beautiful environment is good for tourism, having natural beauty and this place has one of the most beautiful natural environments.

We stopped for fuel and the most amazing Camel Burger i've ever had (ok, it was also the first Camel Burger, but it was worth the drive!)

Cool place, like no where else.
Glamping tents, way too expensive. Pillows too big and hard

I made an emergency stop for fuel, I found what I was looking for fuel! You can also find souvenirs at a good price! The staff was friendly at all times.to be in the middle of nowhere! Not bad.

Extremely clean ablutions block and camp kitchen great set up near basic permanent tents in a row. Very pricey and if reduced by half would see this place with better occupancy.
Great free cooked breakfast and cereals toast juices etc with condiments in large clean Bough dining room.
Staff very friendly and helpful and food fabulous.
Very noisy generator all night so was able to stay as had the ear plugs packed.

We stayed in the Escarpment Glamping Tents, all inclusive, fridge full of food and drinks, the serenity was sublime, very friendly staff, they can't do enough for you.

We stayed in the dreamtime escarpment for two nights and my word was it incredible. We were greeted by a fully stocked fridge (re-stocked daily) with drinks, wine, goodies, dinner for the night and breakfast for next morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the outdoor shower lovely and warm. It was a very peaceful and romantic stay and I would recommend it to everyone!

The Drover Dream Glamping Tents at Kings Creek Station were a sensational experience. I could not recommend this stop more highly on your NT trip. We had 3 tents amongst a party of 5. Everything was so well thought out. A highlight was lighting the fire in front of the tent and watching the sun set over the range. Absolutely breathtaking. Tents were huge and super luxurious, clean modern ensuites (showers had great water pressure), delicious dinner was supplied for a DIY barbecue with salads and bread. Split system in all tents. Very comfortable after a long drive down from Alice springs.

Tip - we wish we had stayed 2 nights instead of 1 as there was so much to enjoy on site we feel we were a bit rushed in the end.

The campground is fairly overpriced for what you get. The facilities (sheltered barbecue areas, small laundry and toilets/ showers) were pretty dirty. Also there is no dryer and the water is not suitable for drinking. There’s a lot of space for caravans and tents, but I expected more for the price.

We absolutely loved glamping at King’s Creek Station but our review is written especially for staff member, Ash. We got lost on the way back from Uluṟu and arrived at the café well after dinner had finished being served but Ash was incredibly kind & offered to prepare us something even though he had clearly clocked off! He then followed us back to our campsite as we were very low on fuel & thank God he did because we ran out on the way there! Ash, you were INCREDIBLE and deserve a huge raise. Thank you for saving our day.
