We regularly visit this place. Family favourite. Only utilise the drive-through and eat at home.

The manger is so rude, he just starts yelling at the employee for asking a simple question while the whole lobby was filled

Orders at 7: 20pm got food at 7: 50 and when I got home realised the forgot my popcorn chicken they weren't even busy

The new outlook is great. The best oringal chicken I have ever eaten. Could taste the flavour and ingredients. My son first time ate KFC chicken. He is a nugget eater but tonight he add the costings from original chicken. Never ever seem eat this much. His favourite colour is read and getting inside this restaurant gave the warmth of calmness and.

He was shy to give orders but he told me KFC coke chicken and chips.
Thanks for the night crew who has made out dinning the best experience and also cleaning the mess of coke. Stay dedicated and have the best team and keep providing the ervice. Coming back to city from remote it felt like landed in heaven

Worst KFC in this country.oily food and old dry chips, never again! Go buckets were 3/4 full.

Dining room closed at 5pm on a Friday night! I had an online order to pick up and the doors were locked! Drive through was backed up out onto the street! Won't be going back in any hurry if it's going to be like that- saw about 10 people walk away in 10 minutes!

Apparently extra salt means even less than the usual no salt. Rather average food really.
Being fast food ill give a 3. Salt would make it a 3.5

Food was over 1 hour 10 minutes in arriving. Food cold due drinks being placed next to hot items. Will never use this outlet again. Unfortunately cannot give zero stars.

We had a zinger box and it was great. Service was quick and staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the food

Employees are usually nice but this particular night, they were quite rude.also hair in my potato and gravy

It's a takeaway shop so I wasn't expecting very good food. But the service was not to a ok standard with food often not being put into the meal and not getting what we ordered. Between the service, the quality of food and the price. I recommend just going somewhere else

Tried to order, person taking order repeatedly cut me off and didn’t listen. When I got my order it was wrong. How hard is it to not put mayo on a burger?

A Kfc Employee named Chase has delievered our food hot and fast like the exact time we set the food came. He is very friendly and polite and acts really professional. This is the reason i gave a 5 star

Such a bad twister very soggy chip I ever had I did dine in not tissue rude staff. Never ever going there.

Absolutely disgusting service. If I could rate lower I would. Ordered tenders for pick up online. Waited over an hour for our food, with drive through and uber orders pushing our food back! Next time I'll bring the baby into the store and they can listen to him cry for an hour.

Terrible. Can't get a simple order of 1 x 3 piece hot and spicy and one original. Both were original. Tasted bland, greasy. Horrible. Stay clear. Go hungry jacks. At least you get what you order.

Everytime I get kfc from Palmerston they forget something, the chips never have salt and the chicken is like it’s been sitting there for ages

I called up to complain about my bacon being no good in my burger and the manager Jacob answered with the best customer experience of my life listened to what I had to say and was so friendly offered to replace both burgers and threw in two large chips even tho it was only the bacon that was the problem how can you be mad great customer service

Utterly disgraceful. My partner and I were ordering food and we saw the back area kitchen staff throwing chips into each others mouths and making a mess everywhere. There was also a time when I ordered in the drive thru a zinger burger and they dropped it out side of my car and refused to make a new one and said it was my fault. Very disappointed at this franchise!
