Kata Tjuta reviews
4 I think these look better from a distance with their interesting shapes, but still highly recommend the Valley of the Winds walk!
My fave hike was def Kings Canyon, then Valley of the Winds, Walpa Gorge and then Uluru Base Walk, but they all offer something special.
You can enjoy it in a different way than Uluru.
You can walk through the Valley of the Wind, so be sure to check it out as well.
Natural wonder in the middle of the red desert. It is both adventurous and fun. If you like the Australian outbacks then definitely this one should be on your list. Hire a car and take a trip to this amazing place.
Simply stunning. The holiest of sites for Anangu initiated men, Kata Tjuta (many heads) is an enormous and mysterious formation found to the west of Uluru. It makes up half of the dual World Heritage site, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, and it impresses visitors just as much as its more famous cousin. Visit and enjoy, but take precautions for the heat and the flies.
