Jabiru Lake reviews
9Jabiru Lake is seriously awesome for just chillin'. You can totally vibe with the whole lake vibe, soak in that water scene, and the chill green fields around it. It's like prime real estate for bringing the kiddos, strolling your furry buddy, or even throwing down a little picnic party as the sun goes down. So worth it!
I was there on territory day and the fireworks over the lake was truly amazing but the playground is a bit bare
Jabiru Lake is so nice to look at. It's a shame that it can't be used for swimming or recreation.
We were there on cracker night, made me laugh when this guy came with a sizzor lift, he had the best view of fire works, nice to see the community come together.
Your view of the lake will depend on the season in Kakadu. Whilst it's certainly not one of the park's locations you'll write home about, it can be a nice spot to have lunch, burn energy on the playground, and use the amenities. The lake can be traversed bit stay away from the edge due to crocodile risk.
Lovely green lawns, undercover tables n chairs, kids playground.bad luck about all the starving mozzies!
Good place to visit in Jabiru town. Have picnic areas, playground for children. Please be mindful of going too close to the lake. Be croc wise
Amazing,
Caution Crocodiles go for walk near the river. Otherwise it's beautiful place
Could do with a new shade sail, looks a bit tired, but fun park for the kiddo with plenty of swings
