8Peter, the manager was a delight to talk to, and he explained many aspects of life in Jabiru which greatly enhanced our visit.
This is a truely, welcoming country Golf Club, the locals are friendly and the Club House sells reasonably priced drinks and good food, seats on the deck overlooking the 9 th hole and stacks of bird life
Great hidden gem. Great service and food delicious. Different meals offered each night. We visited 3 nights

No meals the night we went. Only twice a week. Boys happy with cold beer on tap at reasonable prices.lady working there was pleasant. Definitely go and support this lovely little club.
Spilled my piping hot Starbucks mocha doodle brown drink all over my new polo when a boomerang came whizzing by the 4th fairway. Apparently some of the locals don't use golf balls when playing. We won't be coming back!
We enjoyed our game, a dry course this time of year but plenty of green grass around greens. Get there early as very hot after 11am.
REALLY NICELY SITUATED BY LAKE JABIRU. USUALLY THE ONLY LARGE BODY OF WATER IN JABIRU.
NEED TO BECOME A FULL MEMBER ($130 pa) TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THE CLUB, INCLUDING TAKE AWAY ALCOHOL.
GREAT BAR TENDERS AND NICE MOUNTED PHOTOS BY THE MANAGER, PETER KEEPENCE FOR APPRAISAL AND SALE. HAVE A HUGE ONE IN MY LOUNGE AT HOME.
