Jaimie Hourdas from ITravel at Jape Village is simply the best travel agent I have ever had in my 40 years of travel from Darwin for work and holidays. She organised everything so efficiently, so courteously, with great accomodation and cheap fares for a recent trip to Bali and Phuket. Other travel agents in Darwin, (you know the ones I mean) charge $250 per person for what they call a ‘consultation’…. Like they are a medical practitioner or a dentist…before doing anything!
Not Jaimie…. She arranges everything you need for good quality at a cheaper price than doing it yourself online…. And no consultation fee.

These guys are awesome. You've been hearing or living the stories of airline mismanagement; when that happens it's invaluable to have a professional in your corner. They're local which makes a big difference. Not just some faceless bot or phone line that never picks up.
Defo worth going in and seeing them!

Professional agents that I will continue to use despite not living local anymore. Reliable, and go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after. Cola and Jamie are amazing.

Jaimie and the itravel crew were friendly and efficient to deal with. Our flight was canceled at the last minute and Jaimie sorted it without fuss and for no extra cost. Strongly recommend itravel for your travel arrangements!

Personally, I would not use this travel agency because my first encounter with them was not satisfactory. I have used various agents interstate but thought to engage a local one, this time around, but I felt like I'm doing more of the work, looking for accommodation along side them as they couldnt secure any, ended up paying more for flights, and the deal breaker was a week before the trip, we found out that we needed a visa. And the concern was what if we hadn't found out. We would have travelled all the way to be returned at the border as requirements had changed and we needed a visa. Was advised we will be able to get our monies from insurance, and no we did not. Throughout the trip preps and ending it, we had minimal support, had to keep calling and emailing for updates and wayforwad. If you don't call, they won't call. And because of my experience, I will not use them again, and definitely will not be recommending them to anyone. The Initial stages were ok, but soon as we started locking dates and getting the ball rolling, things just went south.

Cola has been invaluable in helping us organise and book flights even despite current covid regulations making it near impossible. We could not have done this without her. Would highly recommend
