Hibiscus Tavern

This review is for Dollys, which is part of the Hibiscus Tavern, but seperate from the Tavern.
Dollys customer service was good, the staff are very friendly. They serve Guinness on tap, Hibiscus Tavern doesn't.

First time coming here and food was delicious. Great range on menu. Probably best palmy in town. Lovely customer service. Came in 5 minutes before kitchen closing and they were happy enough to take my order. Will definitely be coming back!

The last lot of staff was really disrespectful towards the indigenous people. Staff now are tops.

When I go out to eat, I want to eat a meal that tastes better than what I can cook. How hard is it? I’m here to recommend this restaurant because, Each meal I have had here at the Hibiscus Dolly restaurant has been exceptional. They are consistent, they have a lovely darkened cool airconned dinning lounge, well trained staff, who know how to pour a decent beer, including Guinness, their wine list is extensive with only the types worth including in the wine list, and the food is the best pub meal available you’ll ever have from most Aussie pubs. In fact Ive eaten in pubs all over the world and Dollys bar sits somewhere in the top 10 or 20 pub meals I have had…

I can’t fault the experience. The high top tables are comfortable and nice to sit at and they are always striving to do better and be greater than they already are.

Don’t hesitate to book a table with friends here. Well looked after, well serviced, put your nice frock and shirt on. Enjoy the night

Went to the Thirsty Camel drive through. Had the bottle I wanted. No fuss, no problem, just excellent service while I sat in the car. Cheers.

Pokies machines, always crowded when I'm there, a few other things like live bands and a very friendly environment.

Barmaid is rude bad attitude, changed my plan to have my lunchbreak there, takeaway shop gets my money now

I dont come to the Hibiscus very often but when I do I'm not dissapointed, I like the food and the service and there's not so many tourists to spoil the feel of good local pub.

Hibiscus Tavern has been around for a very long time and is a good watering hole if you're thirsty also you can do your shopping at the Hibiscus shopping village and there are so many other stores but the tavern is well known to locals and more recent terrorieans if you live around the area you don't have to drive and risk your licence you can get a taxi or walk home there is plenty of parking Disabled and toilets in the tavern or the shopping centre staff are helpful and friendly cheers Billy.

Awsome food. I'm a truckie so I've had Parma s all around. This pub has the no1 Parmas in Darwin mate.

The service has been fantastic recently, the best of any in Darwin at recent times. Has always been reasonable but has definitely improved in the last 6 months. New menus are awesome, but disappointed there is no more chicken wrapped in bacon as that was my favourite! I also miss the cheese & bacon croquettes. Lucky they have great steak!

Music atmosphere on Thursday nights at Dollys provides good entertainment if you are alone or with friends. The food is great too.
