Absolutely appalling customer service. Stuck up receptionist. Just a really bad team in general, DON'T GO WITH HARDYS AVIATION! I have also seen a young school student in the pilot's seat without an instructor with minimal supervision, this did not make me feel safe. Please don't become a client of this company
Flew return Katherine from Darwin yesterday with Hardy Aviation. Our pilot Luke was very friendly and professional, we left and returned as scheduled. It was my first charter flight and he even let us take some photos with the plane. It was a smooth and enjoyable trip. The landing was stable and better than many domestic airlines in bigger planes. I would highly recommend their services.
I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the company and will not do business with ever again because your official Gary Flanagan made a big mistake, I bought a actuator, I sent my FEDEX account to send to my local freight fowarder, and he sent by mistake Direct for Brazil. I received a FEDEX account of $ 7,000 around AUD 2600 due to his error. When I talk with him, he said he was not going to pay anything, that he hoped to be the last email I sent him, he was rude and never assume the mistake
