I ordered food after 1030, the staff were prepping and cleaning to to close which is fair enough. The inside restaurant was closed therefore we could only sit outside which is fine, however, the outside fans were turned off so it was unbearable. Especially in the NT if we have to sit outside at least have the fans going. Horrible service.

For $60 ordered menulog you'd think people can read what you've added? !

I've been ripped off tonight, there was no meat added in all items that were ordered. Beware ordering online, seeing the positive reviews maybe it's better service in person!

I ordered veg bowl with guacamole tonight while going home from work. I wait for order for a while and when they give me my food I didn’t check. After coming when I opened box they missed guacamole which was unprofessional.

Food is always Consistently good, drive thru system is flawless. Chipotle mayo for the win

Update: There are ingredients missing on what you order or cutlery missing and the staff never apologises for it. They act like it's your fault and just take the order back and adds the ingredients. The customer has to do rounds in the drive through to add all the ingredients or to ask for cutlery. Food and coffee is great but the attitude of some staff is appalling.

They have this habit of cancelling your breakfast delivery order after 1 hour leaving the paying customers hungry as well as wasting everyone's time. This has happened twice now. Absolutely ridiculous management. Don't order delivery if you actually want to eat.

Best fastfoood for Mexican burritos, bowls, tacos and more. No complaints but food could be better.

Adding extra cheese made absolutely no difference to what was delivered. So for 3 meals adding $1.40 worth of cheese was a complete waste of money.

Ordering a quesadilla + paying to get some extra bacon.
It arrived, it's cold, the quesadilla is actually a wrap & the bacon is burned.
Just open & it's already disappointing.

Good service and good portion size for my breakfast burito.only downside was the app wasn't working that morning so i couldn't pre order and pick up.

This Guzman is soooooooo good. They season the chicken perfectly, the portions are huge, and the customer service are great. Hey always confirm that your order is correct, it just seems like a very organised system and delivers with the taste. I always order the spicy chicken nacho fried

Ordered Nachos Fries with Chicken, got fries with chicken when came home and opened the box, neither the cue was so busy, there was barely 1 car behind me and the order was confirmed properly.
Not sure why Nachos weren't included though i paid for it

Restaurant consumed with flies as doors kept open. Food came out with minimal meet base (beef nachos), but plenty of of the nacho chips and the other fillings. When raised with the staff advised this was the portion.

Excellent staff, always friendly and the service is super fast. Really impressive food and prices are very reasonable.

I still prefer GYG Bakewell, but this is a new place so it deserves a good chance. Service is very food, but food presentation could improve. Quesadilla left a lot of disappointment, no other filling just tortilla and pulled pork. Overall, 4 stars.

As I am a big fan of bakewell gyg, I was more than happy for the one opening in Stuart Park because I live in the city. BUT,
1. They dont have beers, its understandable that there may be issues like licensing etc.
2. Was handed chorizo burrito when ordered bacon one.
3. Undercooked rice in little G burrito!

Step up your game fellas!

My favorite food in GYG is taco, especially 3 tacos set, you can chose different meat for each taco which are chicken, pork, beef, and i like them all.

The food wasn't good enough for the amount I had paid for that I ordered. Tacos that weren't looked tacos to me at all, and their service level wasn't up to standard. I never will go back there again,

Amazing service, the best Mexican restaurant in Darwin. Certified by the Mexican community, real Mexicans. Congrats to Tania, great service and always with a smile.

If the person behind the counter has poor English and can't explain the menu, because you have never been to a GYG before, then you aren't going to have a good experience.

First of all, the drive through person couldn’t hear what we were saying and had to repeat it 3+ times. Second of all, we paid for the wrong meal (someone else’s order). Thirdly, they made us wait in the GYG waiting bay for 5+ minutes just to bring change back.
