Fresh Point Co. Cafe reviews
55Be nice if extra staff on especially during the busy times when mum's and bubs are there because it's quite popular. You have to wait for your order to be taken, can take a while when it's busy. Other than that, I enjoy going to this joint.
These guys have consistently great food. When I have family visit they love this place. I live in Palmerston and they are in my top two places to eat.
Its a hit of urban with a Melbourne vibe hidden in Darwin, amazing food, amazing coffee, and the atmosphere is a vibe, hats off to the chefs and wait staff
The chips are awesome, Bao was phenomenal and the grilled chicken sandwich was spot on! Give the waffles and fried chicken a go. They have a red velvet latte that tastes exactly like the pastry. Indoor and outdoor seating available.
Terrible experience. One minute I was not able to sit outside as the tables were all booked and then they said it was ok but I had to be finished within an hour as the table was reserved for 10am. Ordered started eating and about 3/4 way through I was told I had to move as the people who had reserved the table came an hour early at 9am and I had to move. Paid the bill with disgust for a meal and coffee that I could not even finish. They won’t stay open for long with that sort of service.
Life changing experiences are rare, but always memorable. I can honestly say Fresh Point Co. Cafe changed my life. Offering an amazing range of delicious food, amazing drinks and no shortage of calories, I can honestly say this breakfast has made me a better, and perhaps, more lethargic person.
Australia might have a lot of attractions to view, but you haven't lived until you have eaten here. One of the top things to experience in the Northern Territory. Perhaps even the best thing to experience. I'm actually not sure what can beat it.
Waited for too long, run out of patience and decided to leave.
Would have appreciated if I was told about the wait, but it was quite in there.
I love that place but disappointed today.
Fantastic suburban cafe with a great imaginative breakfast and lunch menu with some top GF options, particularly the pancakes and lovely staff.
Stella vegetarian and vegan breakfast menu. Plus your usuals. Great friendly service and bike and dog friendly. Reasonable parking and toilets.
The food here is always on point (excuse the pun), but the customer service I received a few weeks ago blew me away. My partner and sister both are dairy and lactose intolerant and the waitress who served us went above and beyond to ensure our orders were correct and made us feel like we weren't being a burden with our requests, even changing over a pot of tea which had accidentally been served with regular milk. I only wish I could remember her name so I could praise her individually. I go there often and will continue to do so
I had the chicken pot pie. The meals took longer than expected for a sunday night. Especially when we were the last big table. Pot pie was runny and didnt have enough potato mash to hold it together. Taste however was fine and the side of vegetables was good. Very cheesy topping and would benefit from a pastry lid to dunk into the sauce.
The food was really great for breakfast and they were very generous in portion size. The triple eggs benni is a great idea! Good coffee too.
Slow service for takeaway drinks, did not advise any problems.asked what was going on and they made it straight away.
Disappointed, drinks were forgotten had to keep asking and waited over 45 minutes for a drink. Food wasn't as good as it usually is.
The Surf and Turf was perfectly executed. Cooked to my requirements and the sauce and presentation phenomenal. Best meal I have had in 11 years of dining out in the NT.
They sell unique ice cream dessert in Palmerston area. Recommended for you who want dessert or sweet!
We went in for my son's birthday. The wait staff were friendly, and quick to attend to us. We ordered one meal, and 5 drinks, 4 of which were freak shakes. I was informed upon ordering that there would be a 20 minute wait. I checked the time, and saw that would give us 30 mins to enjoy our shakes before we needed to leave, and so I said that would be fine. The cafe got busier not long after we ordered. My husband's meal came out promptly 10 mins after ordering, and one freak shake came out 10 mins after that, the 20 min wait, as we had been told. We watched others who had arrived after us receive their drinks, and meals, with one couple eating, drinking and leaving without us having received our other three freak shakes. We finally received them 40 mins after ordering, giving us 10 mins before we needed to be elsewhere, and the other 2 at our table having finished their drink and meal before hand. It was not the enjoyable birthday experience we had hoped for. While I recommend the food and drinks, as they are delicious, I won't be going back for awhile.
We are going to fresh point both parap and palmerston regularly and love the place. The staff is always friendly, especially Asmita, who never complains about our complicated orders and she always tries to make all our special requests come true. The food quality sometimes depends on the day, it’s never bad but it is sometimes extra good and better on some days than others. We love the vibe, the artwork, the whole location (especially parap). We will always come as long as we live in Darwin. Good job! Keep it up
We have visited Fresh Point Co. Cafe a few times. The food has been amazing and we look forward to visiting again. The service is fast and friendly with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This cafe is pet friendly.
Waited over an hour for our food. Not a very large range of food on the dinner menu, so went with the safe cheeseburger. It was so full of mixed herbs myself and the other person on our table couldn't finish it. Lovely staff though. Sorry for the low rating.
