Fannie Bay Super Pizza Italian Restaurant

Ordered large pizza with the lot take away, delicious, but for 32$, not very much topping, very sparce

Great food, big servings. Cheesey garlic bread/pizza a must. Our favourite Italian in Darwin

There are a lot of people at 2: 00 noon on Sunday, and the serving speed is a bit slow, but the handsome waiter is very attentive and informs in advance what may happen

Food is delicious but customer service is always very poor. Every time we go there, we feel the same.

Pizza's were great. Also tried the chicken pasta however unfortunately the chicken was dry & the service was disappointing. Had to wait over 45mins for the kids' meals. By then, they were grumpy & ready to go home. The restaurant wasn't overly busy, but the takeaway shop was. On the up side, the kids were given a piece of dough each whilst we ate in peace that kept them entertained.

I contacted Fannie Bay Super Pizza prior to arriving about my onion/garlic allergy and they immediately assured me that they could accomodate my difficult allergy. They went out of their way to ensure the kitchen was aware and puréed some fresh tomatoes as my pizza sauce. They checked on me throughout my time at the restaurant and assured me of all ingredients.

I ordered Spaghetti Marinara which hardly had any seafood. The couple of prawns were tiny, had 3 pippis with the shell, a few pieces of calamari that was tough and some fish. It was pretty tasteless as well. Disappointing for $28.

Nice staff. Unfortunately my garlic prawn pizza was bland. It was missing flavour that I added some chili oil, salt and pepper to give it some taste. My friends pasta was nice. The only saving grace was the Garlic pizza which was very tasty!

Pizza was not super at all and the pizza guy was dodgy and not helpfull. Sorry but We re not going back

Was at the beach. Wanted to grab a pizza on the way home. Called three times. Message instructed me to order online.
Pass.

The food was great, and didn't have to wait very long. We took the family, and the Grandkids loved their Pizza's and Pasta.

Super busy took over an hour to get our food. Food was fine. Great feel to the place, great for families.

Couldn't resist tiramisu. Ate less than half of each course. The serves ate very very generous, staff very attentive but not intrusive. Happy hour until 7pm.

I'm so dissappointed. I have called the shop to order 2 large portions of chips and told me they cost $5 each. Once I arrived, they charged $8 each. I don't really care about the exceeding $3. I'm annoyed by the lack of commitment the shop offered.

I will never come back

We ordered garlic prawn and meat lovers pizza, with tiramisu as dessert. The pizzas were some of the best we have ever had. So good, that we greedily ate all the pizza, and had to leave the dessert for another day. Would recommend, but be prepared to wait because this place is super busy most of the time. I ordered online, and went down after the 30 minutes expected, but it took another 20mins before the order was ready. Totally worth it.

5 minute wait to be seated. Owner/staff's kid wandering around touching our plate, cutlery etc.in the end we had to tell the little kid off because their parents (owner) wasn't. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order and no-one did so we left, hungry and very bloody annoyed.

Whether it’s take away or dine-in the food is always delicious- and the staff are friendly, engaged and delightful. Highly recommend this family friendly restaurant - you won’t be disappointed

The Nepalese girl on the counter is super rude and arrogant I don’t know what’s with her. Forgot to serve water till the end and had to ask to take our order twice. The pasta was super bland. Had a really awful experience

Good food and service, however on all our visits staff appear to apply credit card charges to all card transactions. There is no obvious visible signage about card charges in the restaurant payment area, be above board about card charges.
