60 BEST TOASTED SAMBO EVER!
I travel this road a lot and always try to stay here, its peaceful, nice pool and great food. Didn't stay this time but got a sanga on the go and glad I did!
Overnight free camp. Pub grub in the pub was ok and patronage allows you access to showers and toilets.
All though the caravan park was full the staff allow travellers to park and stay out the front.
We enjoyed a shower and we had a few drinks and a meal.
Very nice parties, almost too big.
Very pleasant staff.
Highly recommend.
Fantastic happy hour here. 5dollar drinks, turned into dinner. Food is great big serves. Friendly team doing the work.
Fantastic stop on the highway, great food, service and clean amenities. 11/10
The team that work here couldn’t be friendlier too!
Staff very helpful and friendly. Food and bar was outstanding. Campsite facilities were dated but operative, made better by the great pool close to the bar and restaurants facilities. Our 5th time of stopping here, will certainly stay here again.
This place is an iconic overnight stay for many travellers. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The beer garden is great and the rib eye steak from the bistro is a must. You always make friends with other travellers during the night around the beer garden. Staff so friendly.
About 15 mins from the actual devils marbles. Mick and Ann Marie were lovely and the staff were great. They do brekkie and coffee here too. The pool was refreshing and what a great little beer garden with toys for the kids. Would definitely recommend
Had we known about this gorgeous little hotel, we would have bypassed Tennant Creek and stayed here.
The room was small but extremely clean. The people who worked there were so friendly. We had to wait all day for the Greyhound after we checked out and the staff was so accommodating, even keeping the main lodge open until our bus came at 10 pm so we wouldn’t have to wait outside.
The pool is cute, food was good.
Stayed here for 4 nights with a large van. Older but clean amenities, disability friendly, 1 washer, no dryer, camp kitchen, nice pool & beer garden. Happy hour between 5 & 6 pm (strictly). Hotel food was great, back of the camp could do with a descent fence for security.
NOTE: only 9 camp spots for vans with power & the sites are very narrow, ONLY 4 have water AND power, some small overflow spots & grassy area for tents. It pays to turn up early as the place filled up every day to avoid disappointment of not getting the site you want.
Very friendly welcome and excellent service at check in. We were on a powered caravan site. Tha bar and restaurant service was excellent too. Very dog friendly. They were allowed to sit with us in the beer garden where we ate dinner Also excellent. Recommended!
Oasis on the outback. Lovely outdoor garden and pool, lovely food and service. Best outback pub we visited on our trip.
Good spot, amenities nearly clean, just tired and need a zip up. Staff tired and need a holiday, not happy. Pool and beer garden great.
Surprisingly good feed in the middle of nowhere! Talked to Locals
Who travel from tenants creek for a nice meal out. Also a pool and nice patch of grass for the kids!
This hotel is a must in this part of Australia. A pool. Shady beer garden. Not to mention the food. Bloody beautiful!
Has an electric car charge point. Dog friendly, nice patch of green grass. Good food. Very popular if camping, I suggest booking. Amenities old but clean.
Great stopping point out of Alice travelling north. You must book to get in. Great little pool, and great food. Beer is cold. Amenities could be better, and you won't sleep in.people on the move by 6am.
After settling in we loved it here, friendly staff and guests, the pub food was good and not too expensive, the toilets are undergoing renovations but you can still use the toilets and showers this place has a 17 metre pool which is well maintained and clean, this place also has laundry facilities.
