Coles Coolalinga reviews
39 Easy store to find what you want
Had some good specials as well. Shelves are emptying fast because of road and rail closures due to flooding.
Honestly the staff/ customer service was terrible and disappointing. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Only self serve checkouts available, not even an express checkout. Asked a staff member if one could be opened please. She rolled her eyes and called a staff member to open one. Pathetic service coles as there’s plenty of staff standing around but none to actually serve your paying customers
Ok but product supply has disrupted due to pandemic
3/12/2022: people visiting in the evening don't have much luck getting necessary products. Many empty shelves because refill starts at night. Visit in the morning if possible and avoid evening
Always friendly staff not like at the opposite side of the road witch does not have consistency when it comes to the quality of service
Coles at Coolalinga is well laid out, staff are always curtious, know where everything is when asked, rather pleasing actually
Nice place for a casual shopping quantity and quantity of goods is ok. Easy to get in and out of.
I was at Coles Coolalinga store on 31st May 2022 around 6pm, with my client who is a wheel chair. We went to the deli, we were served by a staff member that was a female in her 30s or 40s. My client tried to ask for some ham. However, the staff member proceeded to mock my client and said, I quote, "You need one of those kidy trollies with the flag so I can see you. " The staff member proceeded to laugh. Myself and my client were pretty shocked and baffled. We then left the store. My client broke down in the car, through her tears she explained to me why it was upsetting. It was the fact that she was being made fun of in a public setting by one of your staff members. She was also concerned about how other people with disabilities are being treated in your store.
This behaviour is not acceptable and maybe your staff need to be reminded of how to talk to people from all walks of life.
Myself and my client have left formal complaints through your customer service online.
Coles at Coolalinga is a good size shop the range is very good as well the store is all ways presented very nice the staff ate friendly and helpful easy to approach which is a big plus. The staff are always happy to help even when they are restocking the shelves. A very pleasant place to shop has all your needs.
Good shop to do your food shopping place is always clean and food is always fresh and staff are always very friendly and helpful
My local shop it's great the only thing is I know where everything is & then they go & bloody change it on me just keeping me on my toes
Since we are in Howard Springs Quarantine Centre we ordered some foods from Coles and this what I received. Really disappointed. We don’t want to pay for the left overs.
Great variety and fresh produce and great staff and friendly services. Excellent place to go for all your needs thankyou.
Pretty standard Coles store.good range. Plenty of parking for larger vehicles and Caravans in the extended parking area beyond the tavern
The store is clean and tidy, the staff always greets customers and they’re very polite and plenty of checkouts are open.
Store is very clean. I'm not used to the layout but found what I wanted after a bit of hit or miss searching. Seems to be well stocked.
Easy parking, very nice, clean shopping centre, big Coles very modern, very good range.great vegies,
Went in here Easter Sunday for the first time.fresh produce was so clean, fresh & full especially during the busy period where every other supermarket I'd gone in to was running low on a lot of things.the seafood and deli was fully stocked too and clean the man that served me was so cheerful and helpful.think I've found my new go to.
Nice clean store but it's a rural store so I would think this store has so much food waste, it would be criminal.
Served by Sheree tonight 16/04/21 and she was so unpleasant to say the least! She hurried along the lady in front of me and didn't speak to her the entire time. Then came my turn, didn't even greet me and had a sour face on the whole time then handed me the receipt to gesture that she was done, no bye either. Not to mention her stink attitude towards 2 of her fellow coworkers who were trying to ask her a question while I was waiting in line. She spoke right Through Me and At Them! Then she barked at the foreigners behind me to hurry up and put their items on the conveyor belt even though there really wasn't much point because there wasn't enough room with all of my groceries still taking up much of the space (they were being polite). I've always found the staff at Coles so hands on and friendly but this has put a bad taste in my mouth. Find a new job if you hate yours so much or just hire better people for the store front and keep the grinches out the back.retraining wouldn't go amiss.
