3They encourage you to use the PayStay app, but don't have clear signage displayed that informs that there are two different codes to use for normal rate and early bird. City of Darwin is extremely unhelpful in getting this rectified and have no interest in placing appropriate signage as this allows for greater revenue through a code difference.
First five floors are reserved. No parking machine on the 6th floor but the signs haven't been taken down so you'll walk up a half a level to find a machine but the machine has been removed. I had to travel down the elevator two levels to the 4th floor, just so I could pay and then travel back up to 6th where I then had to walk up half a level to get back to my car. Wouldn't the reserved users already have paid as part of their reservation? Why not just move the machine up to the 6th floor?
Secure parking and great access to shops and banks. However, kinda hard to get out of especially if there are cars parked right outside the carpark. You have to be vigilant and really take your time.
