Petrified to fly in small plane, but the two pilots were great and made the trip so much easier than I expected it to be. Thanks guys.
We booked a 1 hour scenic flight from Alice Springs over the MacDonnell Ranges. Very reasonably priced compared to other options. The staff were fantastic and we were especially impressed with our pilot Tim. Very friendly and pointed out the various sites as we flew over them. He was able to accomodate our request to fly over the township of Alice as well. We were even provided with bottles of water and snacks, not that we needed them but it was nice to be offered. Would highly recommend this company.
We had a trip to Groote Eylandt with Chartair. Their staff and pilots made the trip enjoyable and stress free.
Very disappointed.
We booked the flight one month ago and went there this morning, the receptionist told us that somehow we are not on the system so they need to get a pilot ASAP. We waited for 1.5hrs and when the pilot was finally here, they told us that the weather is too cloudy to flight.
We understand that the weather is hard to predict, however, I believe the weather could be checked earlier than the last minute, the company could actually communicate better than this.
Very disappointed.
We are 4 people spent a lot money and asking for the day off for this trip, turn out get nothing.
