Utter nightmare, I would not book through these guys.
Had my car booked to be collected on the 16/01 and delivered on the 31/01, they did not pick my car up until the 24/01 and did not delivery it until the 11/01. I paid an extra fee to "avoid delays" due to the flooding in northern WA and yet despite the extra money paid my vehicle was almost two weeks late.
Not only was my vehicle nearly two weeks late, on arrival the mirror housing was broken and the vehicle was FILTHY.
Upon emailing them to discuss reimbursement of the extra fee and the state of the vehicle, the fee claim was abruptly denied and the state of the vehicle was blamed on the fact that I had a third party to collect the car for me and then drive it 10km home as I was at work.
My advice, steer clear.
Absolutely disgusting. Do not book here. My car will be sitting at this depo for three weeks before it is actually moved. Probably won’t even work by the time it gets to its destination considering it has been sitting out in the heat the entire time. My expected arrival date was turned into the expected departure date. This is completely unacceptable. My vehicle was dropped off two weeks before Christmas, plenty of time for it to be brought to Brisbane. If there were any expected delays then this should have been advised before paying the fee. The delay has now caused issues with starting a new job and all sorts of other stresses. Do yourself a favour and do not use this company.
UPDATE: My car rocked up with a flat tyre and a missing number plate. Despite everything being sent to this ‘warranty’ team, they made up every excuse in the book to not reimburse me. I submitted a formal complaint weeks ago and am yet to hear back. I ignored all the other negative reviews and I regret using this carrier big time. Book with anyone else but not CEVA!
Wonderful pick-up and delivery service. However, the seats of the vehicle were wet, might be kept the glass opened during the transit.
I have used this company twice. Very reliable, fast, good value and courteous. Will use them again without any hesitation
Got my boat shipped from Mt isa to Darwin, arrived in darwin with severe motor damage requiring a complete bottom end replacement, warranty accepted late January, repairs completed mid April after waiting for parts, and CEVA still has not paid for the damages to the repairer as of today 27 May 22. Keep getting told it will be paid Thursday, call them on Friday and told nope next Thursday.
And to CEVA please tell tour accounts team, In the real world, paying a bill does NOT take this long. It would be a different story if someone owed you money.

Used CEVA twice, always got out cars without any scratches. Their prices are good. Used to be able to put some stuff in the boot, but can't anymore that's a bummer
After cancelling my contract they will not pay back monies paid in full over 7 weeks now this is what you get when paying from a bank account instead of credit card cannot be trusted
Had my 4wd and trailer transported up from sydney to darwin.arrived in 10 days which was unexpected. Had a new scratch on my 4wd but i didnt care.great service and emma was awesome in making changes for my pickup and drop off date and times without any hassle. Will definately use them again.
Extremely happy the way Ceva handled the transfer of our 2 cars from Darwin to Brisbane. The cars were picked & dropped off on time without damaging the cars. Would highly recommend them to others.
Super great service. I booked for transporting from my home pick up at Sydney to Darwin depot, and it's delivery time as estimated. All staffs I met were helpful, also the Call Center and Fanpage admin. Highly recommend CEVA to everyone.
Purchased a car from Perth and our car dealer selected the preferred operator CEVA for transport between Perth and Darwin.
The car was picked up from Nissan in Perth however sat in Perth for a week.
When I made enquiries about the car making it for a truck departing that afternoon I was told no sorry, it would be another 2 weeks away.
For a brand new car, I did not think this was an option and I tried to call the representative at the Perth Ceva depot (ladies name was Apple) and was told to come and fly down to collect the car myself.
This would have been what we decided to do if borders were open!
At this time I knew I did not trust CEVA and called my car sales man and had him pick up the vehicle and drove it to Prixcar who happily shiped the car that week.
Consider the following when making a decision including CEVA:
-Call Centre is off shore and complaints were not handled with professionalism. I was told to contact the car dealer as they made the booking. Although the car transport was in my name and I paid for the transport. On a second attempt, I was advised the matter will be escalated as they could not reach a direct supervisor (who was also off shore)
-Delays page on CEVA website: Not updated. There was no mention of any delay between Perth and Darwin however Apple down in Perth blamed Covid for the delays.
-Unprofessional and not wanting to help!
-Very poor customer service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very poor customer service. Requested multiple updates and callbacks over 10 day period only to start the whole quote process all over again during every conversation. Was directed to customer service they told me to deal with operations team.operations team just passed me back to customer service! It’s not a complicated job. Only moving a trailered jet ski from Vic to NT.

Best price for a reliable service. Easy on both ends and faster than expected. Will go straight to CEVA next time I need a car transported interstate.
Warning to folks shipping their car from Darwin, the manager at the depot is aggressive, beligerent, and unhelpful. Avoid Ceva if at all possible. Terrible experience.
Had my vehicle moved from Murray Bridge SA to Darwin NT. Awesome service would recommend to anybody. Vehicle arrived ahead of shedual and in great condition. We'll done guys!
I couldn't fault CEVA in transporting my car from Adelaide to Darwin. They couldn't guarantee departure date/transit time at booking however upon check-in I was notified that my car was booked on a truck departing the next day and would arrive in 4 days. (quoted 5-8 business days, it arrived in 3 days.)
Check-in and pick-up were quick and professional, they did a check for scratches in my presence and they washed my car before pick-up. Would definitely recommend CEVA again.
Worth it! I transported my car from sydney to darwin and the support from the depots was fantastic. Liya from darwin depot has been a great help. Thanks
