Happy enough with the staff at the post services annexe. But the service at the shop is abysmal rather go to Nightcliff. Not surprised APO is heading south with a business model that prioritises Passport applications to the detriment of postal services customers.

Not normally one to leave a review - but the customer service here is absolutely appalling! Went in to utilise the MVR service at 4.01pm, and one of the female staff working there told me: 'We're closed - didn't you read the sign? ' (They closed at 4pm). Her tone was rude, condescending, and quite frankly unacceptable. I won't be using the services here anytime soon, if I can help it. Absolutely disgusted by her behaviour!

Very worse customer service and rude staffs. Not giving proper information, troubling customer without reason time and again.

Such poor service from the manager just now, came in to return a faulty blender I had used once which was very obviously fault, had receipt and blender with me. Manager agreed he could see the issue and stated refund was at his discretion and refused a refund because he said it was outside of the four week period after purchase. I purchased six weeks ago and have only just used hence why I am returning now when I’ve found the fault and not earlier. Really disappointed because all the other staff are so helpful and this is a genuinely faulty item taken back with receipt. Really below average customer care. I won’t be purchasing appliances for this location again

A female staff asked me when did I take the passport pic fine, but she even asked where did I take the photo, why she cares where did I take it? Mind her own business.

Very poor photo-taking skills, no professional lighting, I get it, but the staff didn’t even bother to tell me that my fringe fell on my forehead, I know you guys are not professional photographers, but this is unacceptable! The photo taking is not free alright?

I am upset that I have to get a passport with an ugly photo for $325+$21.95 = $346.95

Good service. I had to send a 20 kg suitcase and they explained me well the shipping options and costs. It is not very economical but it is the only way I found to send a large package to Groote Eylandt.

Just now I have tried to return and swap the parcel box that I bought last week. I wanted to swap with a big size one, but the staffs said they do not swap or accept the returns. I can not believe what sort of rule is this. The staffs do not have any proper explanation. I had to leave the old box in the Aus post and buy a a new one. Just waste of money.

Very kind and friendly staff. Maintained professionalism even as some bloke was swearing at them about something that was completely out of their control. The wait time is never really long either, even at peak times like Christmas. The staff always do their best and should be commended for that. The product clearance section is always worth a squiz too!

Excellent Post Office To Pay Your Bills. Send Parcels. Also Has A Convenient MVR Permanent Staff To Help You Register Your Car. Also Parcel Pick Up For Your Online Shopping Etc. Very Friendly Staff.

In person everything is great they work hard but you can ring all day and they won't answer, you're not calling them it's a call centre somewhere. Been on hold for over an hour.
