Very poor experience. Was barely acknowledged at the front desk by the lady on duty. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I stood there for over 5 minutes without being spoken to, even to advise that she was looking into my enquiry as she had not responded to me when I told her what I was there for. Disappointed is an understatement. When I went back to our office and told a co-worker they knew exactly who I was referring to as they had a very similar experience a few weeks ago.
