Ice cream served in small cup and kids love the icecream with animal character. We order the unicorn ice cream and he ask it to have eyes ears and horn
It was nice to see that my son was able to see how the icecream was where he asked him to add what it should have. It a must to buy so kids are entertained om their day out. We also shared the icecream with one of the elders. Thanks guys. Good luck

Baskin and Robbins are so amazing, they have the best flavours and lots of yummy ice creams and deserts option to choose and also the customer service was brilliant.

I recently visited Baskin-Robbins Casuarina and had a great experience. An Indian girl served me assisting with the different types of ice cream. The service was excellent, fast and efficient. I will be definitely going there again.

Ordered a thick shake and 3 ice creams. Because I paid for them in one transaction, I was only one stamp on the loyalty card. But I was told if I paid for them separately, then I would have received 4 stamps. Thick shake was not thick at all, was basically a milkshake. Very disappointed. Service & products not as good as they used to be. Won’t be going back in a hurry.

Only had 2 options of icecream cake on the website. Was called to tell me the one that was ordered wasn't available and was given another. It wasn't even the other cake from the website. Get to store and find out they actually do other types of cake, but you have to scan a QR code that you can only get in store. The cake was nice but not what I wanted. Really should have something on the Baskin Robbins website to let you know to contact local store for options.

I appreciate your response, issue is I didn't know that from looking at the site. I wanted to order it last week however the only option you get on the site is ASAP. In 2023 you shouldn't have to go instore when you're looking to pre-order. Don't get me wrong, the cake was delicious, just make it easier.

The decorations were better than we expected and the cake was delicious! Anand was so easy to work with and made my little girl’s birthday dreams come true.

They use their creativity and make your special day more special. The decoration was perfect and tested delicious, specially the cream was very very yummy. Totally recommended.

Ordered my daughters birthday cake, 5 days out from her big day. Anand was so easy to deal with, when I called and explained we needed a my little pony ice cream cake. He said I could find a picture or he could download one. Being a busy full time working mum, I asked if he would do it. Great cake, everyone enjoyed it! My son's 13th birthday cake was spectacular! Just what I asked for an amazing swimming pool cake every time I ask you to do a theme you pull it off way above my expectations.

Great taste and experience. Earlier experience: The staff was busy with phone and ignored us thrice. Left and no one cared.

Very impressed with our daughters 2nd birthday rainbow coco melon cake. It taste delicious, looked fabulous and team was friendly to work with.

Wonderful service team, friendly vibe and great product. Our birthday cake was perfectly done even on short notice. I would definitely order again from here.

Last year we got the custom made birthday cake, which my four year old daughter still talks about ️

The Casuarina Darwin NT Baskin-Robbins were very helpful and friendly even though it was a last minute thing, I had a cake for my daughter 1st birthday and it was amazing all the guests gave a 10/10 and the manger were very friendly, he kept on reassuring me that I will get a cake.seemed the last place cancel on my cake last moment, the details was also good I would highly recommend this guys to anyone and ma families.

My son absolutely loved his Fortnite birthday cake. I cannot recommend Baskin & Robbins enough! The customer service is amazing! Thank you all again!

BR Casuarina deserves more than 5

We recently had a double celebration and I was stressing on what cake I want to have especially how it will look like! After trying to find cake makers around, we found BR makes customised cakes too - an ice cream cake I was surprised that the cost was actually similar or even cheaper than a regular customised cake but believe me there is more satisfaction here

They did an amazing job and we are so happy and satisfied! The transaction was so smooth from inquiry to planning to pick up. I had requests here and there and they were very accommodating and very hands on. Shoutout to Anand, you are a legend!? ‍️

I personally don’t eat cakes during a celebration but this was an exemption. They are right, who doesn’t love ice-cream? We had the Love Potion flavor and honestly is now my new favorite ice cream flavor!

I highly recommend BR Casuarina and surely we will keep on coming back on our future celebrations
