It's a good place to stay. And very nice customer service. However, some of rusty metal on the fans and ceiling were just painted over. Which is not good safety wise: in they years to come.

These rooms are huge! I enjoyed my stay at these modern serviced appartments. The staff at the front desk are always cheerful and helpful
