Fantastic venue for our national workshop, Karren and her team were great to work with and everything went very smoothly. The crowne was booked out so we stayed at the Quest which wasn't far at all. Thanks for having us!

The comvention centre floor staff is amazing, very helpfull, but the venue sucks, really in bad condition

BEWARE Great if you want too lose money.no free spins out of 50bucks. Three days in a row this happened and it only took them Approximately 10 minutes to do it. It's shadey and suspensions. Once in three weeks I may have got money back, not a win, that never happened in three weeks I was there.just pathetic. Nobody won anything that I could see. Never did one machine go off. Not one person did I observe win anything.
Wouldn't take anyone there. How embarrassing.

I go here to book my Christmas lunch and they very helpful and a friendly atmosphere if I was having a function this is where I'd have it.

The pools at Lasseters gym are lovely. The restrooms are clean and spacious. Nice place to do laps in the morning. Baby pool for the little one is shaded. I will go again.

A very comfortable hotel with good facilities though furnishings in need of update. Some reception staff were inept and slow. Long waiting times when our group arrived even though it was all prearranged? Enjoyed the restaurants, food and service excellent. One day our room was not made up and had to ask twice for clean towels. Loved the pool and spa but some maintenance definitely required on decking boards as well as slippery tiles.

Great hotel, great atmosphere but I think there's a shortage of staff. Rooms don't always get done in timely fashion.

Really nice with a fantastic view of the mountain and golf course. Bed was bliss after so many squeaky hard horrible beds in other accommodations we've been in. Room size was great and had all the little bits that you love when paying that bit extra. Very quiet as well, but we were in block 5. Maybe the others are not so quiet?

It's always a great place to hang by the pool with family and friend's good service prices a bit high and the pool needs some attention but is always clean too.

When ever I come to Alice I always stay here, it is clean and comfortable. The rooms are inviting and everything you need is right there. Prices are very reasonable.

Awesome place for a conference or training. The food was awesome, just what u would expect from a 5 star restaurant.

Depends on when you there as Friday's at 5 ish starts to be good outside on patio with cold drinks and food from juicy ribs

Great place to stay. Food was good but when they say closing times for meals are.if its 10am they close at 9.55. Be aware to be well ahead of time.

Doors slamming at 10,12 & 1.30am and people screaming at each other do nothing for this place or its guests.

Nice hotel, only issue was the TV was not connected due to upgrades, which was only fault.but good restaurant and friendly staff.

Bit pricy. Ok type of place for large gatherings. Not enough seating for disabled people in the foyer area.

Alice Springs bridge club run the Territory Gold congress here every other year.its a great venue for a tournament and they do a terrific job.
