South Pacific Resort Hotel

Beautiful place. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Food at restaurant was really nice. Service from staff was always friendly and helpful.

We stayed as part of a tour 6 nights in Oct. Resort is relaxed. The resort is very clean and staff are efficient and friendly. There is a bar at resort and brewery next door. Too cold to use pool. Colin Melbourne

Had so much fun here with the Probus group. The staff are fantastic and particular thanks to Cathy at the breakfast bar. Thanks, Cathy, for your smiling face and lovely manners.

Staff where very helpful and polite, nothing was too hard, they made a most enjoyable stay. Had the breakfast well cooked and good variety. Lunch and dinner was also really nice. It was great to come back from a long day of tourist things to a hot meal or snack. The rooster alarm clock put a lovely country touch to the visit.

First and foremost, the communication at the South Pacific Resort is outstanding. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest's needs are not just met, but exceeded. Whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply providing a friendly greeting, the team's professionalism and friendliness were consistent throughout my stay.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional meals provided at the resort. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes that celebrated the island's fresh and diverse ingredients. The talented chefs truly showcased the best of Norfolk Island's culinary heritage.

In addition to the remarkable meals, the South Pacific Resort also provides a fantastic group orientation and welcome with Mondays drinks nibbles and Entertainment by the talented in house team.

All in all, the South Pacific Resort is a hidden gem on Norfolk Island, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enriching experience. Their excellence in communication, remarkable meals, and captivating welcome entertainment truly set them apart from the rest. This resort has a unique charm that makes it a destination in itself, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Breakfast is very slack with the food not fresh and the eggs like rubber. Eggs Hollandaise worst every. The meals at night were good. The bar is very poorly stocked with no pre mixed drink cans. After tea there is nothing operating. The hotel itself looks really good but is tired and ran with no enthusiasm. There are better places to stay on Norfolk Island

Huge rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. I left something in the room which was posted to me. I thoroughly recommend this hotel if looking for accommodation on Norfolk Island.

Our group of 36 stayed for 1 week. We were well looked after, the staff were always available to help, the meals were great! The Hotel is close to the shopping area, so you can easily walk to town. Also in walking distance to Bowling Club where meals are good, and RSL. Cars available for hire at reasonable rates. Enjoyed our stay there.

Great food and service, best pool and cocktails too. A very neat, clean and well maintained resort.

We had a fantastic time. Our suite was lovely fresh and new. The meals were great and the people working there fantastic. Wendy and the dining room mob really made us feel at home. It was very peaceful, RSL across the road and easy walking into town. The pool area is lovely and they have a pool table, table tennis, games and tv in reception area. The coffee sop is good for a nice light lunch. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
