Paradise Hotel & Resort

We had such a great stay in Paradise hotel! Perfect spacious room, very friendly staff and a very pleasant vibe. Recommendable!

Only went here for a conference and convict dinner which was a great night and lots of fun. Food was basic but nicely done.

Nice experience with the commandants dinner (even though the vegetables were very al dente) but extremely unhappy about being overcharged for my drink. Maybe this might have been resolved if I bought more but I said I wasn't drinking more so nothing was done to help me. Not a good first impression. Check your change!

Great sized room, excellent hotel facilities (pool, washing machines, coffee etc), super friendly staff and being able to combine the car rental with your hotel booking is super convenient! Great property, will stay here again.

What a great resort, what great people.
As a group of four friends who have cruised twice a year for the last 17 Years were with Norfolk Island as our only out of Australia option. We were treated with open friendliness, excellent service, great restaurant food, and staff that made our week stay one to remember with fond memories.
Sandy the owner and her choice of employees is to be commended
and for those who are cruislings can I suggest this was an excellent option in such difficult times.

Great location. Within walking distance to Burnt Pine. Shuttle bus also available to transport guests to the shopping area. Staff very polite, friendly and welcoming. Sam in particular is a delight! Hotel dog "Lucky" is gorgeous. Nice touch! Rooms clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

A lovely place, just a shame the pool was being repaired.we had a poolside room though and did sunbathe by the empty pool.other facilities were good. We had a great time.

Good food, good accommodation, just a shame we opted for the pool view and the pool was empty and the decking was pulled up

A nice place to stay at Norfolk Island, staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough, internet was available for a small charge, units were older style but in ex condition, bedding very clean and tidy, best part a easy walk into town from there, no more than 2ks.
Pool was ok a bit small and cold for me some people didn’t mind though

Stayed for a week here with the Travel Team from 22/12/2018. What a wonderful Christmas period made possible by Sandy, Pixie, Grant, Josa and the rest of their staff.
Food that came from the kitchen was a amazing, with laid back entertainment some nights. Accommodation and pool 8 out of 10, for the wonderful happy attentive staff, 9.5 out of 10. Thank you again.

Spacious room with a reasonably comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Gardens are beautiful and it would be great to spend time by the pool in summer. Close to the main shopping area.

Friendly, welcoming, close to Burnt Pine, very helpful staffl, attractions and tasty food in Paradise Hotel and very near by, pool, easily arranged car hire, tour pick ups at the hotel door, will definitely return, enjoyed it to tally.

Rooms were lovely. Clean, spacious, good surroundings. Bed was comfortable with no noise or lights. I slept so well. I was disappointed with the dinner, crispy skin salmon. It was supposed to be lemon pepper, but i couldn't taste either. It was overcooked, no pink at all in the middle. Dessert was pretty nice though. I would go back though, everything else was great

We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel & Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the restaurant and housekeeping ladies. Our room and bathroom were quite big and spotless. The bed was comfortable. We received a warm welcome from Sandy on our arrival. What more could we ask.

The Paradise Hotel was very comfortable the staff are really friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them definitely recommend them
