Panorama Seaside Apartments

I really don't understand why this place have some bad reviews, People pay the amazing price and still wants to stay on the Taj Mahal! I spent 4 nights with family here and I couldn't ask for more. Sure is not a 5 Stars Resort (and no free WIFI), but you can't get a better deal on the Island, clean and comfortable, worth the price! It's on a quiet corner of the Island with amazing views.walk distance to the historic settlement in Kingston close to Slaughter bay and Emily Beach. Total silence at night where you can just have a cup of tea on your balcony watching a millions stars. You could pay double the price and stay on the main street in Burnt Palm overlooking a parking lot and drive 10 minutes every day to get to Emily Beach.or you could enjoy this million dollar view for the price of a mainland Motel.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating however the apartments are old (1980's) and could definitely do with an update. Could be more particular in regards to cleaning, eg. Dust evident on lights, switches, etc and dish drainer and basket in bathroom could be either cleaned or replaced. Shower head kept falling down (couldn't tighten) and toilet seat wrong size and kept moving! Mould on verandah posts and gardens untidy. Presentation of whole premises could be improved with a little effort. No phone in room as per brochure and one night, guests arrived late and management could not be contacted. Guests ended up going elsewhere. Also, apartment was two bedroom with KS beds and were quite comfortable, however we were fortunate in one way that one of our friends couldn't make the trip otherwise it would have been too cramped and having to share a bed. Could not fault the views however.

Lovely views and large balconies make this a desirable place to stay on Norfolk. The accommodation is not luxury, but the service is fine and the location near historic Kingston and Emily Bay is excellent

Epic spot if you are wanting a great view of Kingston plus very short trip down to Emily bay! You get what you get for the price paid - basic rooms similar to a old motel! But hey, the location rivals this all and makes it well worth it. Only downside we had was the smell of the septic tank which was unpleasant some times

Stayed at Panorama Seaside Apartments for the duration of my 7 nights stay on Norfolk Island. Had the most beautiful ocean views and also looking down over Kingston and amazing Valley views aswell. Brett (owner) was amazing to deal with, made us feel welcome and comfortable at our 'Home away from Home', will definately be going back, not only to Norfolk Island but also to Panorama Seaside Apartments.
