Cascade Garden Apartments

Marie and Ash were as helpful and obliging as a traditional aunt and uncle would be, ever ready to be of assistance whenever I needed something I forgot to pack or asked for advice about local haunts. The apartments are spacious and airy, with fittings and furnishings that have been considerately thought out.

We spent a family Christmas in 3 of their units. Marie & Ash were very helpful right from when we booked 12 mths before. The units are great, everything you need in them and included a car in the cost. Location is brilliant and handy to everything. Would highly reccomend staying with these fantastic hosts

Well appointed, clean apartment with valley and sea views and only 5 minute straight drive to the centre of Norfolk Island.

What a gem this place is! I traveled to Norfolk for work and had the pleasure of staying here. Ash and Marie were incredible and generous hosts who ensured I was well looked after, even taking me to Emily Bay for a swim and on a hike to ensure I didn’t miss out on exploring the island. The views are spectacular and the bed is so comfy. Very clean and comfortable and I even got to enjoy fresh nectarines from the garden. I highly recommend this accomodation and am very grateful for such wonderful hosts.

Our first time to Norfolk was made all the more memorable due to the wonderful hospitality of Ash and Marie for our 8 daystay at Cascade Garden Apartments. Perfectly Located, close to town (but not too close) in a tranquil setting the apartment was very comfortable, quiet, clean and well equip with everything you may need. It has a self contained well equipped kitchen, king size bed with good quality linen, plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the well appointed bathroom. Comfy chairs etc etc. We spent mornings and evenings on our private porch with a cuppa looking out to the most wonderful view of mountains and oceans, as well as the beautiful gardens surrounding the apartment. Ash met us at the airport and provided us with some fantastic tips on where to eat, things to do etc. I would highly recommend Cascade.its all 'Pros' and no 'cons'. We will be back!

The views are lovely, the king bed was so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed.

The owners were so great with their communication. Marie met us at the airport and helped organize our hire car. A must have for your stay.
Marie and Ask provided a starter pack of milk, tea and coffee, a nice bottle of wine and toilet paper as a welcome.

The apartment has a well equipped self contained kitchen, picnic basket and thermos which we used most days as there are so many glorious picnic places on the island. Beach towels also included. A guest laundry is also available.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, great views and friendly service. Only 30 seconds from centre of town yet quiet. Picnic basket, beach towels, etc all provided so you're all set. We even received a welcome package on arrival.would recommend!

I was impressed with the helpful service provided during my stay by the management. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the welcome package was much appreciated to set the tune of my stay.

This was so nice we bought it and moved here. A wonderful view of the reserve and ocean, in a modern fully self contained unit just 2min from the centre of town but you feel like your miles away.

Well Located, Well Equipped and great hosts. Small enough to have that personal touch. Views of Cascade bay in the distance.

Very happy with our choice for a week on Norfolk. Great location. All you need for self catering. Great views to distant ocean. Small (5) complex. Front & rear decks. Easy drive to shops & restaurants. Everything is close on Norfolk but here particularly convenient location. Hosts are super helpful.

I stayed one week for business. Nice one bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy, well appointed kitchen, comfy bed and lovely hosts. Nice views.

Great location, so handy to everything. Quiet and generously fitted out with cooking utensils etc. Laundry facilities were clean and well looked after. Hosts were very friendly and offered great tips on best places to visit and tours to do.

The accommodation was very functional and comfortable. It has a well equiped kitchen, plenty of storage and was very clean and well presented. It has a great view from the front deck which also has a full outdoor eating, relaxing options overlooking the gardens.
Barry and Pam are great host, while un-intrusive they were every ready to provide us with support to make our visit enjoyable.

Our stay at Cascade Garden Apartments was wonderful! We were a family of 4 adults so booked the 2 bedroom apartment, great views and very clean. Barry, one of the hosts, picked us up at the airport which was great. My advice is to get the hire car option - you will need it. Totally recommend staying at Cascade Garden Apartment. We will be back!:)

We booked this apartment about a year ago when planning our trip. I paid the stated deposit and Barry (the owner) replied that the figure on their website had been wrong and I had been over charged. He immediately refunded the amount. Such honesty!

The booking included a hire car for the duration and they also met us at the airport on arrival. On the way to the apartment they stopped and pointed out useful things like good places to eat, buy provisions, visit etc.

The apartment was comfortable with a lovely veranda and great views across island. It had good amenities including cooker & microwave. Comfortable easy chairs. Seperate bedroom and lounge/diner. Also private sheldered back yard with bbq.

It's in a great location for touring the island and seeing all the sites. Convenient for town centre and shopping.

Hire car provided was just right for our stay and guy providing it was helpful and efficient.

Barry was in hospital while we were there but Pam still managed to more than accommodate our every need.

Fantastic spot and clean and tidy, self contained units! About a kilometre walk to the main street!

We recently spent a few days at Cascade Gardens. We appreciated all the little extras like airport pickup, an orientation tour, a welcoming bottle of wine. Everything was taken care of for us including a hire car. Definitely recommend it.

A wonderful relaxing holiday with everything provided you would ever want including a fantastic view and fabulous hosts. Will recommend and will return. Thanks Pam and Barry. Excellent.

Loved our one week stay at Cascade Gardens. Lots of extra goodies on arrival and Pam gave us all the info we needed to make our stay on Norfolk Island fantastic! Wonderful view and very handy to shops! Highly recommend!
