Nice 'villa', #2 in our case. Two twin bed in decent shape. Good linens and kitchen was well equipped. Microwave above fridge was way too high up!
Views were of the backyard vegetation, not landscaped and should be pruned or cut back. Feels dark as a result. We used the BBQ Weber three times and it was nice to have. Weather was rainy on and off in mid August so only one chance to use the deck for a meal (lunch). The table is tiny and unsuitable for a supper.
Our villa had a musty odor that never left in our four nights there and mildew may be the cause. The location was walking distance of less than 1 KM to shops and some places to eat or get groceries. But, there are a lot of choices on NI and I would choose another place next time despite no issues to speak of. We enjoyed our visit. Choose villa 3 or 4 if you go.

We were greeted with Imogen who explained everything we needed and was available during our stay if we had any queries. Our villa was beautiful and the surrounding gardens were superb. Close to town but so quiet and tranquil - it was an idyllic place to stay

A superb place to stay. It is an easy walk to the tour agents and cafes in Burnt Pine. It is a 1 bedroom villa with a full kitchen. We can't image anyone would want to stay anywhere but Broad Leaf Villas

Great, quiet location, yet only minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and attractions.
Also just a few minutes drive to the Kingston Historic Precinct.
Looking forward to becoming repeat guests

Great experience, the apartment was super clean, and had a lovely view of the beautiful gardens. It is close to the shops and restaurants, but was still quiet, and relaxing. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit Norfolk.

We had a wonderful stay at Broadleaf Villas in a two bedroom unit that had all mod cons. It was very clean and staff were extremely helpfull. A car was supplied for our exclusive use along with a mobile phone (2G). The Norfolk Island people all need a big pat on the back as we found they all were happy for us to be part of the Norfolk Island Way. We loved it. Especially the safe swimming at Emily Bay. One of my favorite things about Broadleaf was that you could drink water from the tap as it is Rainwater.

My husband and I spent a week here in villa 6 last week. It was absolutely beautiful! The facilities are great if you want a 'home away from home' as well as the freedom to cook for yourself as well as go out and enjoy.
