Normally I wouldn't expect to be invested into where I get my optical products but I haven't gone anywhere else for a few years now. The number one reason here is the customer service, I can highly recommend the optometrists here as they attend to my needs with a smile on their face and great enthusiasm every time even during the busiest periods.

I place greater importance on this as I myself have a unique underlying eye condition so I'm not typically the generic easy customer. As such, I place a high emphasis on ensuring that I getting the correct products and lens and the optometrists here ensure that I am in the know of any possible effects and new products that would benefit me greatly.

Furthermore, their transactions have been quick and easy, even when issues do arise such as a product is missing in the delivery or certain details are incorrect - they are fast and efficient in contacting me back and resolving the issue. The hallmark of great customer service can not be found during a smooth transaction but during when times where problems and issues arise. I can safely say that the customer service here is top notch and why it's my go to.

Absolutely The Worst. A glasses frame from Daiso is better quality than theirs and cost only $5.just Terrible Terrible quality and inexperienced optometrist. Stay away seriously I don’t recommend it

I had a wonderful experience today, Annie was absolutely lovely and so kind and helpful.

She worked with me to find a pair of glasses that suited me, and that I really liked. She made sure I was well taken care of.

The customer service at Zoom is immaculate, the staff are polite, truly helpful and just delightful to talk to.

I would recommend zoom highly, if you need prescription lenses or just want a pair of sunglasses, this is the store to go to.

Affordable, excellent selection and truly worth every cent.

A lovely young lady named Lara helped my partner and I decide which glasses we should get. She was very patient and had amazing service. She was very careful when handling the glasses and genuinely cared. Considering the time of year and how busy the shops can get, she did a great job. Thank you again Lara!

Very very pathetic customer service, always in hurry specially when it’s time to close the store, sometimes they close the store door on the face of the customer, it’s a optical store in which a customer spends hundreds of dollars, they would have earned an extra customer and couple of hundred dollars just by serving few more minutes at closing time. Customer service is not just opening the store and sitting on the desk, you should be capable of selling the products and making the company profitable.

We buy two pairs of sunglasses there. Staff are friendly and excellent. Christine is helpful and patient. She gives us the professional advice. The optometrist is very professional and the eye test is conducted in detailed. This shop is highly recommended.

We have had eye tests and prescribed glasses from the store a few times. Each time the service was exceptional.

There is a rich choice of premium frames of which many are hard to find elsewhere. The staff pay attention to detail in recommendations. They go out of their way to accommodate our specific requirements.

Terrible service where they had confirmed new lens could be set in existing frames. Accepted glasses then called to say frames were warped due to heat. Couldn't address or answer questions after they had caused heat damage when trying to replace. She actually said she couldn't be sure whether it was them. If you are looking for good eye care DO NOT GO HERE.

Best place in Sydney for sure. Most professional, caring and efficient service ever possible. Amazing staff and manager. Got new glasses in 30 mins. Have called numerous other companies before and people convincing me no-one can get me glasses any faster than 1 week- shameless people.

The service here is attentive, fast and great value! I came in earlier this morning with a broken pair of glasses and Annie was an absolute lifesaver. Even though I’m new to the practice, she explained to me what the different options were and fixed up my glasses emergency in a jiffy! When buying two pairs of sunglasses with my wife at Zoom, the staff and rep were so helpful, patient and knowledgeable,
I soon returned to Zoom to refresh my look for prescription glasses and the service was fast, friendly, personal and fun. Excellent customer service. John is really wonderful and helpful with my daughter’s regular check-up. He makes sure that my daughter is comfortable and enjoying her time.

Such fantastic service, cost and quality of products — plus, most importantly a fantastic customer experience - the team were so friendly and helpful. I was stuck as my glasses had broke and they were able to make me new ones in under an hour - amazing! Frame selection fantastic! Highly recommend!
