As a first timer to needing to have my eyes checked for reading glasses, and to pick a pair of specs, Kim was amazing, she made the process so pleasant and easy and they were ready within a few days. Talk about service. 10/10 all round.:)

Fantastic optometrist, lenses are well below the prices of the big chains and ready in a fraction of the time. They are honest about what is necessary and what is a nice extra if you are happy to pay more. I needed my frames adjusted today and the staff member was so patient and kind, taking time to get it just right for me. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience I had today.

I lost my reading glasses the night before and found Zoom Optics offered a 1 hour express service for replacements. Booked an appointment online for the next day with no issues. Turns out there was a system glitch on their side, however they were able to honour my appointment with no issue.

After my thorough eye test, I picked out 2 new frames (making sure I have a spare pair this time!) and sure enough my first pair was ready to be collected 60 minutes later in the dot! Seriously impressive.

I’m absolutely delighted with the service and support the team provided today, they have definitely made a new ongoing customer in me!

The staffs are really nice and patient and help me a lot to pick up the frame and adjust it for me.both the glasses and service are high quality

The service I get at Zoom Optics has been excellent! They're happy to put lenses in frames you've bought from elsewhere (I've had many who point-blank refuse), like audio frames, and their turnaround is really quick, since they have the equipment to make the lenses in-house.

My glasses broke, and initially we thought couldn’t be fixed. But Kim at Zoom Broadway really went above and beyond to get them repaired. Now I’m looking forward to getting my next pair of glasses from them!

I am in Sydney for a few days from interstate, and lost my glasses. I was very glad to hear that Zoom Optics is able to prepare new lenses with a prescription, in most cases anyway, in about an hour. This was done for me, and I am very happy with the results.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful but the quality of glasses and frames isn’t great. My lenses were scratched and damaged after one of the staff trying to tighten the frames for me. I only found out when I got home and I had to return to the store to get this fixed. However, they replaced the lenses for me within 15 minutes which was helpful. But then a week later the frames were loosen and also bent out of shape.

Belinda (the optometrist) and the staff were super friendly and professional.
Belinda responded to all my questions (that were more than a few) and was super caring and professional in her advice.
This is my second check-up in that store, and I totally recommend it

I have always found everyone at Zoom Optic to be extremely helpful. They are reasonably priced, can always find an appointment time and are brilliant at follow-up service. I readily recommend them.

What you get here is good, old fashioned professional service. Opticians helping with frame choice. No nonsense, straight forward and honest. And given my prescription and the fact that I've been going through this process since I was four, I really appreciate being assisted by professionals who know more than I do.

Such awesome service! Where Bailey Nelson, OPSM and Oscar Wylee all needed two and a half weeks to make me a pair of glasses, Zoom Optics had them ready for me in half an hour. Fast, efficient, value for money and extremely helpful and friendly staff who really knew what they were talking about. Forget the big chains, go to Zoom where you will get the very best service. Highly recommended.
