Zone Martial Arts

Our five year old son has been going to classes up to three times per week for over a year and really enjoys it. Mark, Jenelle and the entire team/community are so supportive and make each class a blast for the littles. Really love the fact that classes teach children how to defend themselves, move their bodies, work with others and have fun. Older children are always involved and supportive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Zone has been great for my daughters confidence. She has so much fun! It’s a great place for all ages. Kids learn great technique and the instructors are very patient and helpful with the kids.

Zone Martial Arts is very inclusive and family-feel club. They go above and beyond to make new members feel included. My son loves it there and if it was up to him he would go every day. Highly recommend them.

Zone is a great club with a family friendly environment. It caters to kids and adults regardless of age or ability. If you are struggling to find an activity for your child as they dont thrive in mainstream sports, Zone is the neurodivergent friendly place to train.

They offer a wide variety of programs for jr and adult students and are a supportive and encouraging environment. Whatever your interest, zen, sparring, self defense or a regular practice for overall well being, you can't beat Zone.

The best martial arts dojang in the shire. Highly trained instructors who are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. Wide range of Korean martial arts are taught here in a fun and friendly environment.

Amazing club. They went extra 10 miles from the clients to go through the lockdown by quickly moving to zoom and providing recorded lessons and moves as well. My son had progressed in these two months.

My kids love being a part of the Zmax family. The perfect enviroment for my kids to flourish. Their attitudes toward everything they do and what taekwondo should stand for is second to none. Best club in NSW.

Friendly and professional instructors - everyone is made to feel welcome, whether they are just starting out or have been attending Zone Martial Arts for a while! My kids always look forward to going, and I am about to start training with them too - can't wait!

I love heading to Zone Martial Arts. Not only is this a great place to get fit, I have made so many friends here. I have a really bad knee, and the instructors understand, and help me work around this issue to make sure I get the best out of my sessions. I love this place so much, I have signed up for both TKD as well as Haidong Gumdo.

I was introduced to Haidong Gumdo 3 years ago, the instructors are fantastic, they work with everyone and if you have limitations they can work with you. As someone who's had s hip replacement I can now function at my full potential. So I can't thank the instructors and and staff enough.

Fabulous for all ages from 4 and up, a fantastic family environment as there seems to be a place for anyone. All it takes is spirit to achieve and a willingness to learn.
