I've been here before both with my social group and my good friends, which is why I went there, which it was on the 26th of December 2023 (Boxing Day). I'm glad I booked it cause I've won a free game a couple of months ago for the Monopoly play, which is how I got it.we had the best time playing two games and had lunch on the other side.

Very happy with the staff at Zone Bowling Villawood for my daughter's party. They were very patient and accommodating to the fact we had a few latecomers but still managed to work around it and gave the kids a wonderful time.

The venue is fantastic, and there is a lot of space, even on a busy Saturday.

Couldn't fault it at all. Would recommend a Villawood Zone birthday party to anyone. 10/10

I had a group booking at Villawood Zone Bowling on 10 Sept. All the staff were great and awesome, but Rhonda from food and café section Manager went beyond to look after us. We had online booking for food and drinks (4 x Combo Pizza), but we were not sure if these pizza contains any Nuts for allergic preventions. She (Rhonda) was also not sure if the pizzas were any Nuts free. But rather than been sorry than sure, she made a new pizza on the spot with no charge for our two boys that was attending on the day. I was amazed of her service and she went beyond to make sure our two boys were not empty without food. Thank you Rhonda and appreciated a lot for your effort on the day.
Wish you all the best ahead, hope to catch up soon there on near future.

Best arcades place, the system of having ranks in your timezone for your card and having the extra benefits makes you even grind more:)

Was very busy last night but everything was handled so well by the staff! And the food was so yummy! Will b back for sure!

I did not want to put it there, but if you insist.
1) Rubbish on the floor
2) Let's not talk about the messy toilets
3) Minimal seating areas
4) Every seat that I tried to sit on had leftovers and rubbish on it
5) That night, I counted five people, honestly doing nothing; behind the main counter, one gentleman nicely served us, and the rest were standing and chatting!

Had couple of issues regarding food order during our kids’ birthday party but then Rochelle stepped in and compensated making our experience better. I appreciate how she tackled the whole scenario leaving us with good memorable time at Villawood TimeZone.
I will highly recommend venue for fun filled day.

We had my son's birthday party today at Timezone Villawood. The kids were having a great time playing laser tag, bumper cars and arcade games. Matthew, our party host, is kind, helpful, and patient dealing with kids. Would definitely recommend Timezone Villawood for birthday party

To expensive for a game of bowling wont be going back. Can go to movies for less money than that 1 game of bowling. Just another option for less money.

Terrible experience I booked for 2 adults + 2 kids for 2 games + food.

The food was cold and the bowling facilities weren't working which means the whole experience was lack lustre.

Customer service said ring the 1300 number spoke to a dude that seemt like he was uncertain about refunds terms, so I advised I will email to my dismay the refund has to be approved then takes up to 10 days

This has been a terrible experience
From the moment we walked into the facility we had to wait 25 minutes just to get taken to our table we arrived 1 hour prior to avoid all of this, I booked this birthday party 3-4 weeks ago which included bowling laser tag and arcade when the bowling had ended staff told us laser tag was booked out to 7pm we had multiple issues, then going on to the let’s eat cafe ordered ice cream spiders paid $5.50 each only to be given warm drink the staff didn’t know how to make a spider ice cream then after waiting a further 15 minutes he put the scoop of ice cream with warm drink I asked if it’s warm he said yes the ice cream will make it cold it was absolutely disgusting and I had to throw both in the bin.it took 3 attempts to make my coffee right as there is a trainee on the prices here are steep I had no problems paying it but I expect better then this “. This isn’t the day to train a trainee when there is multiple parties and it’s so packed jam it’s just common sense I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I won’t be coming back absolutely disgusting oh and just to order food there was an hour wait it’s ridiculous

The downside is parking can get packed out when school holidays kick in or special events are held, but still a great place

Villawood time zone is amazing the people are amazing and so friendly they were helpful with my son birthday and also rochelle was so amazing I’ll be back here again

This is a wonderful place for families to enjoy a weekend. The bowling was very fun and very enjoyable. The arcade had so many games however, the arcade section was very packed during the weekend which is expected for any entertainment place. However, the mini restaurant was unsatisfactory. Food was all over the counter and all the tables were dirty. That’s why I gave 4 stars. The food staff were not really helpful. The coffee and chips were cold which is very inconvenient. The bathrooms were clean Overall, I recommend you to come here with your family and friends just bring your own snacks.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff especially with disability people can have fun treated with respect strongly recommended try it out and the whole family will be smiling:) I kid you not Sam
