We used Zoe Clean, they did a fantastic job, Ray was super responsive. Please ignore the bad review below as I was unfamiliar with the parking space and accidentally placed them in the wrong parking spot. This was an unfortunate accident and we have apologised. I understand that it can be upsetting for someone to be in your space but this was not Zoe Cleans fault.

We used Zoe clean for end of lease cleaning today in Waterloo. They were on time and went above and beyond for us! The apartment looked brand new after the team worked their magic! Unfortunately my housemate parked the Zoe cleaning van in the wrong car parking spot. This was not Zoe cleans fault. (See previous review). This team is the best in Sydney by a mile!

Please ignore the latest negative review re Zoe Clean as this review is false. We used Zoe clean for end of lease cleaning today in Waterloo and there was a misunderstanding around which car park spot Ray the cleaner could use. He accidentally parked in the incorrect spot and returned to a barrage of insults and threats from the car park owner.
The car park owner has wrote a negative review in anger and this is not reflective of the amazing cleaning work that Ray and the Zoe clean team.

After working hours on my end of lease clean I can positively say Ray did a fantastic job! I’d highly recommend his company and I’m extremely sorry that one individual took it upon himself to bed mouth a fantastic company because of a genuine misunderstanding.

After breaking my leg, Ray and his team came to my apartment weekly to clean my apartment. What angels! I really cannot recommend Ray and the team more highly, a spotless clean and always super friendly!

We sought the services of Zoe Clean for our end of lease cleaning and were very impressed with the high standard of work that was performed. They went beyond what we expected as we have had other cleaning services in the past but have not delivered such a high standard. We highly recommend Zoe Clean and will use their services in the future.

I used Ray's service for my end-of-lease cleaning and I'm veru happy with it. We had a very small issue with the real estate (in my opinion, it was a bunch of amateurs who were trying to prove themselves) and Ray promptly accepted to go back to my place and do whatever requested without questioning anything. Ray is a very professional and hard worker person. I highly recommend his services!

I use their service for end-lease cleaning. Raynold is really helpful and thorough, he cleaned every spot that is hard to clean to clean flawlessly and exceed the expectation, got the bond money 100% back since the the unit is left in very clean condition. He's also always on time and even arrive early than the scheduled time that means he's really responsible guy when doing their job. Will consider their regular / standard clean service for my new apartment when I don't have enough time to clean the house. Thank you

Zoe Clean is an excellent cleaning company that works efficiently and diligently. I was informed of Ray and his team through an acquaintance, and they cleaned my unit every two fortnights. They provide quality service, cleaning my unit thoroughly and always arriving on time. Even when I completed my studies in Australia and hired them for end of lease cleaning, Ray ensured that he kept in touch and provided evidence of the work he had done, as well as contacting the agents in charge of my property. Would highly recommend for anyone.
