I purchased a queen size bed frame and matching bedside tables from Zizz about three years ago. Glad to report everything is still as new as three years ago! I was quite a picky shopper, but Andy made it easy for me, got the bed frame and the bedside tables painted to the colour I wanted, and the price is still very reasonable even with the customization. Now I am looking for some outdoor furniture, Zizz is again my go-to place!

Over the last 7 years I have bought 9 pieces of furniture from Zizz. Every one has been made to order to my exact requirements. I just keep coming back. Solid, look great and the pieces I got 7 years ago still look like new.
Andy is always friendly and helpful and offers good advice and nothing is too much trouble.

Recently bought my bedroom and lounge furniture and was impressed not onl by the high quality but also the excellet after sale customer serivce. Andrew at Zizz was very helpful and helped us chose the right furnitures. Delivery guys who assembled the bed was also patient and helped us resolve some minor issues. Andy and Andrew at Zizz furniture were very helpful and attentive. I'm very pleased with my custom made sofa and lamp. I did a lot of shopping around and Zizz is very reasonably priced for the quality of furniture they provide. When I need to make further purchases for the home, Zizz will definitely be my first stop!

We thought Zizz Furniture's attention to detail, service and quality was excellent when we had our bed and dining table custom-built. However, that wasn't it! Five years after, we needed something fixed and emailed Andy on a weekend. He replied within a few hours and made an appointment to come and do the repair himself on his day-off!

He arrived promptly and finished the job cleanly (no mess!). I have had custom-built shelves, cabinets, bookcases done in the past with other companies, but none with this kind of service and efficiency. No charge and he even brought a small gift! Truly amazing.

We had our bed custom-built by Zizz Furniture in 2015 and just on Saturday 18 April, some of screws on the bed frame gave way.
We contacted Andy of Zizz via email and he responded right away. He said that he will be able to do the repairs on Monday morning at 10am.

Andy promptly showed up at 10am and immediately fixed the problem. He even gave us a hand sanitiser!

The owner and the staffs know what they are doing and provide great customer service.
They do custom made furniture at fair price within reasonable timeframe.
I bought one coffee table, one dining table, one shoe cabinet and one TV cabinet from them 5 years ago. All furnitures are still in pretty conditions.
Bought another big full-wall shelf from them for my new house (attached picture), it is fantastic.

This is a nicely decorated furniture shop located in Crows Nest. They have many different locally made furniture with excellent price. The service was friendly and delivery was swift. Very happy!

When I was trying to find a bookcase to match my beautiful desk, I found the perfect piece at Zizz furniture. It was not only gorgeous but was offered at an amazing price. I was given the option to customise some of the details, and Andy went out of his way to assure the bookcase would be exactly the same colour as my desk. We were very impressed with his friendly and efficient service and highly recommend Zizz furniture.

Walked and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. We explained our situation as a young couple and they gave us an affordable price for a such an amazing couch. The young man who delivered was polite and made sure everything was set up before he left.
I've waited about 4 months to leave this review so I could gauge the quality of the couch on general wear and tear. I can safely say, the couch is in the same condition as when we bought it. This says alot, seeing as my partner and I practically live on our couch. Would highly recommend for any budget.
