Oslo linear timber pendant light looks great except there’s a huge bow in the wood, it very noticeably curves down at one end. Very poor quality control for a $600 light fitting.

My beautiful new lamp has just arrived and looks wonderful in my room. Although not quite the same as the image depicted on the order form I am very happy with my choice of the Flos IC F1 Floor Lamp. The finish and quality of the lamp is excellent and over night delivery so unexpected.

I ordered 3x "designer" Howell glass pendants from Zest. What arrived were actually Mercator Darby pendants. While these suit our needs, they ultimately would have been bought cheaper elsewhere, and from somewhere that doesn't pass off mass produced lights as designer products at a marked up price.if Zest was honest about what they are selling. Interesting business model, but one consumers should be aware of.

We bought the 8-light chandelier for a really good price. The quality of the brass finish is emaculate and design is great.
It did take a while to arrive but obviously with low stock and an ETA. But just really happy about getting this from Zest!

Ordered the replica ball bocci cluster pendants. Came quick. Good quality set & perfect feature over the stairs. Will be recommending these guys to mates.

I was looking at a LED linear pendant lamp. This lamp in a large was listed for $599. I asked for trade pricing on this light and Zest used this opportunity to assess their current value for this light and then raise the price to $669 on me and offer me a $30 trade discount. I said I wanted the advertised price on the website when I made the enquiry to which they refused blaming a number of factors. I then found the light I wanted is made by Eglo and they have a tonne of suppliers. I managed to secure a quote for this light for $521inc. Don't buy from Zest, take your business elsewhere as they are market gouging and take price enquiries as an oppotunity to raise their prices and offer a substandard discount in return. Their customer service leave a great deal to be desired!

Great range of lights at reasonable prices. Found the perfect one for our kitchen. Service and delivery excellent.

We ordered a cane lightfitting from Zest Lighting online after waiting a very long number of months for another lightfitting from another retailer which we cancelled. Our order from Zest arrived a few days later efficiently packed and delivered. There is nothing flimsy about the cane.
