Patience.was what I appreciated most, closely followed by polite urgency when I was not getting admin completed promptly and it was going to have a negative impact on my mum. All my dealings with every team member were structured, polite, to the point and clear. I felt very comfortable and correct in my choice of provider for my mum.

I have found Simon Boylan of Zenith Aged Care to be quite knowledgeable in the area of aged care. He is attentive, compassionate and spontaneous in answering my queries even AFTER the meeting. At the meeting he explained the complex nature of the aged care fee structure is a simple, easily understandable way. His subsequent report has enabled me to confidently explore the various combinations of RAD and DAP, thus helping me to make a better informed decision in the accommodation fee payment.
