I had such a wonderful experience at Zen Japanese Massage in Wollongong. Shige was my masseuse, and they were just perfect! I didn't once even have to ask them to adjust the pressure, and they knew exactly which parts of the muscle needed attention in my problem areas (calves, lower back, glutes, neck). I have had many massages in my life, and this was by far one of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be back to see them again, and plan to make my visits at least monthly.

I'd highly recommend Zen Japanese Massage to anyone who wants to be relieved of body and muscle pain! Had sore shoulder, back, glutes and feet from playing sports regularly but came out relaxed and refreshed after a 60 min session! Will definitely revisit again!

Had a little hiccup with my first attempt to use a gift voucher, but they fixed it up promptly. Went back for a massage the other day with the new voucher. My body was so tight and stiff it was impacting everything I was doing. 1hr massage and I am amazed at the difference! It was a very firm massage but increase in pressure was gradual and even, and they checked in to make sure the pressure was ok. Normally the days after a firm massage I have sore points and even bruising. It's 3 days since and I haven't been sore at all and I have complete freedom of movement again which I haven't had in a while. And it was so calm and quiet inside, a blissful break from the noise of the kids Thanks so much!

I popped in to Zen yesterday as I was passing and had a very sore back!
Unfortunately there were no available spots for me but the man (I think it was the owner) had a spare 15 mins so he gave me a quick massage where by back was hurting me. It was amazing! Such a relief from the nagging pain. He seemed to really know exactly what was he was doing and was so kind to help me out.

Kinked my neck the day before Christmas and was I pain. Desperately looked for a place open on Christmas Day before all the family was over. So grateful to have found this place.

Therapist was incredibly professional and addressed my areas of concern. Really took the time to look after it and helped to relive the tension in my neck and back. Felt so relaxed post the massage and knew it was on the mend.

Anyone who needs relief from any kind of pain needs to try. Massage was the most therapeutic i have ever had. The therapist was simply amazing, worked on my trouble areas with such knowledge and skill that I think he was magic. I have ongoing pain issues across various points of my body and I walked out of there feeling pain free, comfortable, relaxed and my movement was increased. I will be going back! Thankyou
